「It was a short stay but they made it wonderful. Lots of traffic of ATV on state trail but that’s not their fault. We still had silence and bird sounds.」

「This was the best stocked and decorated VRBO that I’ve ever stayed at. Instapot? Yes. Knives that you can actually chop with. Double check. Extra towels, extra linens, and Lordy….a fricking cabinet that has spices left by prior renters so you don’t have to drop$100 if you want to cook something. The best part? 「We enjoyed our stay in this home! Lakefront views are beautiful. Neighborhood is quiet and wooded yet easy access to Duluth. Lots of seating for relaxing. The layout of the house is curious - as mentioned in some of the other reviews, the bedroom and bathroom in the loft are somewhat open to the living area which makes it feel less private - not a problem for us but may be a consideration depending on your group. 「This house was a perfect location for our group of friends traveling to the area to attend a wedding at the Ivy Black venue. The home and grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The house is incredibly spacious with multiple gathering areas inside and out. 「Although we had an initial booking issue, it was resolved quickly. When we got there the back door was wide open so some leaves had blown in, it was kinda difficult to shut. We actually ended up staying in cabin 2 because of our double booking situation. It was fun going down to the dock and gushing for perch (although a steep walk haha). All the fresh air that came in through the windows from the lake was amazing. The cabins are pretty close to each other so not a whole lot of privacy.」
