Excellent service and hospitality. The Breakfast Buffet had a lot of variety and the staff is super friendly. Reception and front desk staff are extremely helpful and could provide some excellent recommendation on where to spend your evening in Florence. Highly recommend!

Ancient convent

No tea and kettle in the room. Water only available in the lounge area which caused inconveniences to guests. Bottled water only supplied on the first day! Given the relatively high rate, this provision is too mean. Drainage was found clogged but prompt fix was appreciated. Stayed 3 nights but bedsheets and quilt covers not changed the 2nd night. Air-conditioning in the room was good and reliable.

Good location and good service ! The room is clean and spacious.

Staff are nice and helpful. Location is good, close to T2 tram station to airport and bus stops to attractions
