Appartement very well located, not too far from bus station or tramway station. Spacy, beds comfortable, host very kindly with us. We highly recommand for family wth children.

Nice apartment near the center

The apartment is very clean. Less than 30 minutes to the city cebter with tram. Washinf machine included. Only downside for travelling with more than 3 persons is the lack of a second bathroom.

A great apartment

I stayed here with a friend for a long weekend visiting Florence. The apartment is a good size and very clean. Lorenzo kept in touch with me and checked if everything was ok. The apartment is just a short tram ride from central Florence and the main station of Santa Maria Novella although coming in we both used Florence Rifredi sration which is a 10 minute walk from the apartment as our train stopped there. There is a great restaurant at the end of the road where we ate a cpuple of times a a fantastic cafe with very friendly people where we had breakfast every morning. Well recommended

Excellent property for visiting Florence

Lovely accommodation, very will situated for visiting Florence, free parking and lots if it just 5 minute walk at end of street. Easy 5 minute walk for the tram into Florence, only 5 mins and you are in the heart of historic down town.

Great place for its price!

Not directly in center of Florence but a really nice place to stay. Great amenities but WIFI somtimes cut out. Lorenzo was great with communication. Would recommend!

Lovely apartment

This was a lovely apartment that provided just what we were looking for: a clean, well furnished location with individual beds for a family of 4, a place to keep and prepare a few meals, and a 10 minute walk to the tram station. We highly recommend this property-The Aloisio family

We had a really good stay. The appartment was ok, although the shower lost a lot of water. There were a lot of mosquitoes and we couldn’t use the porche.

Great cozy place

The place was very nice and cozy and the owner was very attentive. The only Down is that you have to take public transport to go to the city centre but there are bus and tram Stops near by. However the internet does not work very well

This property was amazing. Well laid out space with lovely little backyard to ait in. Was close to train station but quite a ways to get to any tourist sites. Bus stop was at end of street, but i perfer to walk places. Host was quick to reply and his Mom was lovely to check in with. Grazie for the stay

We had a nice stay. One night the power went out. The owner came to check everything was all right and informed us about the situation (the whole street was out of electricity). Very good!

Three Generations of Travelers

The property was clean and comfortable. The host was kind enough to let us leave our luggage early, while we ate lunch. There is a lovely patio that we enjoyed. It was quite a way from city center; but once figured out, train and bus are close. Although we did have a little difficulty figuring it out. Written directions, or a map, would have been helpful to figure out directions. The train and bus number were provided, but not directions to the train. There are good places to eat nearby, and a market for sandwich supplies. We enjoyed our stay here….and there are no steps to climb. Many thanks for the opportunity to stay in this lovely apartment. Le logement est très bien situé. A une 15 aine de minutes du centre en bus. Le quartier est calme. Le logement correspond à la description. Très bon point de chute pour visiter Florence. A refaire.
