    On foot: A pleasant 15-minute walk (1.2 km) through the historic center.
    By Bus: Take Line C2 (direction Piazza Beccaria) and get off at the "Ghibellina - Pepi" stop, located just a few meters from the main entrance.
    By Taxi: Available at the station exit, the journey takes about 10 minutes.

Very nice place to stay in Florence, close to everything (attractions, restaurants, grocery store, etc) you can do everything by walk. The apartment is very cosy and the bed is so comfy! Appropriate for a long or short stay!

Walking distance from everything! Super cute little apartment. Above a restaurant but not noisy. Only complaint I have the toilet was hard to flush (weird I know). Bathroom small but shower fit 5’4 me and my husband is 6’4.

The apartment is right in the middle of the old town and within walking distance of all of the major tourist destinations. There is a trattoria directly next door, and lots more choices within a block, plus a grocery store and a laundromat. It doesn’t get much better than this, unless you want room service. If you are from the US, remember that first floor means one flight of stairs. Pack light. There is comfortable, spacious, air-conditioned apartment with a great host awaiting you. Enjoy!

Nice place, down the street from Santa Croce, easy check in, there’s a conad (grocery) right down the street as well. 1 mile from the train, would definitely recommend staying here :)

This location was perfectly located for us to tour all of the major attractions we wanted to see. We didn’t spend much time in the actual apartment, but the time we did spend was very comfortable and met our expectations.

Gute Wohnung in einem tollen Stadtteil von Florenz. Fußläufig in kurzer Zeit in der Stadtmitte. Die Küche ist sehr rudimentär ausgestattet und nur für einfaches kochen geeignet, aber für uns war es super!

Great property everything is within luck walking distance. I crossed the river several times ate at the pizza shop on the block. It was very good. I stopped in for a to-go beverage(s) at the Mexican food place down the road. Lovely place

Excellent Location!

This apartment was in a great location. Paula was very helpful and responsive to any of our inquiries. It was within walking distance to great restaurants, and all the major sight seeing attractions. The Vietnamese restaurant on the ground level was very very good. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We LOVED this apartment! It was sooo cute and spacious and in person it was even nicer than the photos. The location was perfect, we were able to walk everywhere in 15 minutes or less. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. I would stay here again!

Amazing

What a great little apartment! Nice and central location, very comfortable bed, 2 airconditioners perfect for escaping the summer heat when needed. Paola was very quick at communicating and gave very clear instructions on how to access the property. Would stay here again.

Near everything, so you can walk to many of the sites of Florence. The apartment is not fancy but it’s practice for 2 people, 3 if needed.

Walk to EVERYTHING. Clean and Comfy!

WOW! Florence is amazing and this was the perfect place to stay. We could walk to everything! Even the train station was within a mile. The host was responsive and the check in was extremely easy. The property was clean and spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Amazing location - Amazing Host

Was our first time in Florence and this location filled all our needs. Steps away from amazing restaurants, grocery stores and all the big sites to see around Firenze. Host Paola made the check in experience super simple and the property was in great condition. A little noisy at nights due to being off a Main Street but did not bother the overall stay. Thanks Paola for the awesome stay!

Apartment was adequate but may be some mold concerns. Host needs to inform about Tourist Tax and need for Passport pictures prior to arrival. Enjoyed Florence a great deal.
