The wireless worked well. The room was clean, although the bedspread is beyond its reasonable life-- it's stained and dull. Some of the stains are large: yuck. The property is difficult to access. Check in time is 3:00 p.m., but you are warned ahead of time that there may not be someone there to check you in so you have to contact them beforehand. There is a locked front door, and you have to ring the doorbell for someone to let you in. There is an elevator, but you have to haul your luggage up about 12 or 14 steps to get to it. Then another locked door to get into the lobby. Finally, you can get to *your* door. The television would not turn on. It's okay.

Florence Firenze

Suite had a great view of Piazza and minutes walk from Florence’s main museums and cathedrals. Comfortable bed and clean En suite bathroom. Having a bathtub was a bonus too. Continental breakfast with great pastries and good coffee too. Very courteous and helpful staff and good video directions right to the room, something not given by many hotels!

The hotel location is convenient, being in walking distance to major attractions. Hotel itself is good, albeit our room AC unit leaked the first night and we needed to call the hotel staff for a technician to fix it; it was taken care of the next day. Everything was great afterwards, including the provided the breakfast and room service.

Great place to stay. Perfect location for getting around Florence and needing to come back. The staff completed the experience, straight from the get go we were given top service.
