Beslist géén Bed & Breakfast!

.Ontvangst was minimaal, we kregen 1 handdoek voor twee personen voor vijf dagen. We moesten zelf in het donker (stop sloeg door toen we probeerden thee te zetten. Na veel gezoek met zaklamp van de mobiel het euvel verholpen) op zoek naar extra beddengoed en handdoeken. De accommodatie placht een Bed en Breakfast te zijn, maar ontbijt is hier niet inbegrepen, en moesten we het doen met croissantjes en koffie in het tentje onder ons, of bij de MacDonald's verder op in de straat. Het 2 persoonsbed bestond uit twee aaneen geschoven eenpersoonsbedden. Dit, in combinatie met de flinterdunne matrasjes zorgde voor zeer oncomfortabele en soms pijnlijke nachten voor mij en mijn partner.

Abbiamo soggiornato per tre giorni in questa struttura. Personale ottimo e anche la pulizia! Ci siamo trovate davvero bene e speriamo di avere l'occasione di tornare al più presto!

Worst experience - Stay away

The most inconsiderate host. No where were check-in hours posted. The site simply says to arrange prior... which we did. After agreeing to check us in after they supposedly closed and agreeing to payback a 20 euro fee, The host left us stranded at 8 at night. We had to walk to a nearby hotel with our luggage and hope they had room for us. Because the don't accept cancellations we won't get refunded.

Great location, convenient, comfortable and clean

The B&B is in a perfect location especially if you are only visiting florence for a few days. All the 'must-see' places are within a short walking distance- markets, museums, restaurants etc. The room was clean and comfortable and there is a great view from the terrace. Only down side was that we weren't able to control the air conditioning temperature and the room was too cold. Besides that, was a great stay!

Nice B & B but overbooking by the owner

The room that we had was big and the shower was working well. However, the owners on the second night (out of three) realized that they tought we only booked for 2 nights when we booked in fact for 3. We were moved to another similar B & B without cost, but we had to pack our bags and look for it. Also, the husband first did not even explain anything and only told us that we were to leave on the third morning because it was already booked. 2 Minor points, 1-it was written breakfast included when it was in fact not included. 2-The A/C was working well but there was an one hour timer that neither I or the owner was able to remove so the A/C kept shutting down after a hour.

Il soggiorno è stato buono in tutte le sue sfaccettature, ma abbiamo avuto un disagio causato dall'addebito su carta di credito il giorno dell'arrivo quando era stato esplicitamente chiarito che avremmo dovuto saldare in loco.Siete pregati di chiarire sul sito di prenotazione questa anomalia perché non accada con altri clienti.

Great location in Florence

Lady Florence was overall a great stay. Only one point: the breakfast was quite not a breakfast! Basically you got nothing in the common area... just a kind of coffee, tea, and kind of cornflakes.. the positive point is obviously the location which is in the heart of Florence. Be careful guys if you drive a car. The b&b is located in a traffic limited zone, which means you got to park very far away. (45mn walk) or you can pay a parking (20 euros per day)

Very Displeased

We were not pleased with our stay at Lady Florence at all. Aside from a sizeable room and a great location, we have no other positives to say about staying here. Our check in process was rediculous. We have no idea how we would have gotten in to the building had it not been for the random person walking out. We rang the bell for 10 minutes and we're unable to call the owner because we were only using wifi on this trip, not cellular data. Once the owner arrived, he was very unfriendly and claimed I didn't have a reservation, yet I had my printed reservation with me. 15 minutes later, everything was "okay". The day we were checking out, we heard a different reservation buzzing for 10 minutes as well trying to get in. The set up of this B&B is odd, more like a hostel. You get checked in, are given the keys and don't see the owner again. Lady Florence lists "free breakfast" yet we were told nothing about it, never found it, and there was no one there to ask about it. Lastly, and possibly the most important during July in Florence, the air conditioner seemed to be on a timer. After 20 minutes it turned off and got very hot in the room. All in all, if you are only looking for a good location, then this is the place for you. We however, would not stay here again if you paid us.
