The villa 'Ridente - Settignano' is part of a farmhouse located in Florence, 6 km from the city center, and offers you a splendid view of the city and the surrounding hills. It is an ideal destination for a family holiday. The spacious three-floor property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and four bathrooms, accommodating up to eight people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi both indoors and outdoors, air conditioning, a fan, a dedicated workspace for home office, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and two smart TVs with streaming services.



The villa features a private outdoor area with a pool (3 m x 2 m), garden, and barbecue. There is also a loggia and a veranda for relaxing outdoors. The property extends over a private 5-hectare plot with an olive grove. Two parking spaces are available, and upon request, two additional free parking spaces can be arranged. Families with children are welcome. Groups of young people are not allowed, and guests under 25 years old cannot book the property. Please minimize noise after 11:00 pm. Pets are allowed. The property is equipped with security cameras (currently not active).



Please leave the kitchen clean and dispose of waste; otherwise, an extra fee may apply. There are fenced parking spaces for motorcycles and bicycles. The house is not suitable for charging electric cars; if needed, the service is available for an extra fee. The property follows recycling rules; more information is provided on site.
