Please note they take a break everyday from 3:00pm - 6:30pm. We arrived at 1:30pm to check in, and was told that the room will only be available at 2:00pm. We then decided to leave our luggages, take a walk and come back in the evening. To be sure, we double checked with the receptionist if we can pick up the key in the evening - and she said yes! We returned at 6:00pm and realized there was no one at the reception. We stood and waited outside until another staff arrived at around 6:40pm. It will be great if the staff can inform us about the break at the first place…and apparently, no one pick up the phone or doorbell during the break, though they stick a note asking you to ring the doorbell if you need any help.

Great location for short walks to many must-see places. Hotel is very compact but offers a fair level of comfort and convenience, and was kept clean and serviced as requested. Staff all very obliging and professional.

Hotel has multiple locations. I booked a specific hotel near my daughter’s apt. When I arrived I was moved to another location farther away with no prior warning. I could have cancelled my reservation and went to another hotel but they gave me no warning of the move so I was stuck there. Never had this happen before and was quite the inconvenience

This is not a typical hotel where there is a lobby or staff to greet you . Instead it is a set of apartments in a corner building . The person who let us in was awaiting for us at the door at check in. Breakfast was serve in a buffet style . Staff would ask if you would order something else if you like. Continental breakfast is available .Overall it was comfortable and easy to find . Shops and restaurants are all walking distance.

La habitacion nueva, impecable, algo pequeña. Las instalaciones modernas muy bien ubicado (muy cerca de los uffizi y el palacio vecchio). A solucionar que la ducha no moje resto del baño. Termo electrico. Si uno se ducha el otro debe esoerar un eato. Pero muy bien. Muy amable el personal.

La habitacion no servia la calefaccion, nos cambiaron de cuarto a uno mas chico, fuimos 4 personas y tenis una cama medio gde. Y otra muy chica que las otras 2 personas ni se podian mover, el agua caliente se termina y hay que esperar que se caliente. Mucho ruido. Ubicacion y staff del hotel super bien, amables.

I traveled with my family of 4 and my sister-in-law family of two. We ran out of hot water within 4 minutes and didn’t have any warm water the rest of the night. I went to the lobby to bring up my issue around 10:05 pm and stood there until 10:45 waiting on reception. Well, it turns out they do night have anyone working on the property after 10 pm. I had to shower with freezing cold water. I brought the issue up in the morning and they said 3 to 4 rooms are all connected to 1 solar heater so that’s why we ran out so quick. The rest of the weeks we had to take quick 30 second showers. Breakfast was included in my reservation, but it was definitely not worth it. I would not recommend staying here

The location was great. The breakfast was surprisingly really good. The hot water lasted like five minutes, but I guess it’s European thing but for the price you can’t beat it location phenomenal the rooms are all updated but I went with my two kids, which was fine but my wife could’ve thrown a fit if she’s not accustomed to less than five star accommodation.
