满意：住宿条件和设施，清洁度
Please note they take a break everyday from 3:00pm - 6:30pm. We arrived at 1:30pm to check in, and was told that the room will only be available at 2:00pm. We then decided to leave our luggages, take a walk and come back in the evening. To be sure, we double checked with the receptionist if we can pick up the key in the evening - and she said yes!
We returned at 6:00pm and realized there was no one at the reception. We stood and waited outside until another staff arrived at around 6:40pm.
It will be great if the staff can inform us about the break at the first place…and apparently, no one pick up the phone or doorbell during the break, though they stick a note asking you to ring the doorbell if you need any help.
