Property is very nice and close to things. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. We book last minute and were treated to a suite upgrade. The only issue was no WiFi in the rooms, but they did have hot spots in the hotel common areas.

This is a lovely, clean hotel with wonderful staff and only a 7-minute walk from the T2 Valfonda Stazione Santa Maria Novella Tram Stop and the train station. It’s on a very quiet street but within three minutes of restaurants and shopping. The nice-sized rooms are decorated in traditional style but are so well maintained and spotless, as is the whole hotel. Oh, and the room air conditioning is POWERFUL! We would stay here the next time we visit Firenze!
