Very helpful and friendly staff! They had recommendations for dinner, and made us a reservation, were prepared to help with car rental, and we were able to keep our bags there after check out while we walked around waiting for our flight. The room was spacious and clean. Great experience. I would definitely stay here again!

London Hotel has a great location, that’s the main reason you may stay here. Rooms are well equipped and with lots of outlets to charge devices. Some areas in the room may be a little tight but the bed is great to reacharge after a long day in Milan. I will stay again.

This hotel was perfectly located near the train station which made it easy to reach the airport after our stay. The hotel was wonderful, spacious and clean. Our room had a loft bed which was perfect for my 15 year old son. The bathroom was very large and clean. I would say this was a great hotel for the price point and staff was very helpful in calling a cab, giving us info and helping with our luggage. The room had a great historic look which was perfect for our stay in Florence

Very nice and comfortable hotel in a great spot close to many landmarks in Florence. The staff was very friendly and helpful with our questions and eager in giving instructions to the various sites we wanted to visit. I would stay again if I would go back to Florence.

Super kind staff! They kindly helped us bring our bags up to our room, which helped since my suitcase is over half my height so it's a struggle to go up stairs sometimes 😭 No complaints, I loved the location because it's a short walk to the train station but also surrounded by a bunch of shops and restaurants !

A reasonable standard hotel in a very central location, just a few minutes walk from Firenze SMN station (which is a 30-minute tram ride from the airport) and the Cathedral square. Our room was fairly basic, but somewhat noisey. The issue with tiled floors is the noise from the room above can be loud - especially when chairs are dragged across the floor. Felt or rubber feet on the furniture would be a simple fix. Breakfast was somewhat expensive for what was fairly standard "hotel buffet" fare. In hindsight, we should have skipped breakfast and used one of the many cafes and bars just around the corner (might not have been cheaper, but would certainly have provided more variety). While we don't normally return to places (we'd rather go somewhere different), a question we tend to ask ourselves after a trip is, "If we did go back, would we stay at the same hotel?" We'd have to say no in this case. Don't get us wrong, there was nothing horribly wrong with this hotel, but we were there for ten nights and were very ready to leave by the end of our trip. We would say it would be OK for just a few nights based more on its location than its quality.

Lo bueno: El señor del front desk que atendía en la mañana, un 10/10. Muy amable y dispuesto para ayudar y resolver. La habitación y baño, cómodos y limpios. Buena ubicación, cerca del metro. Lo malo: El señor del front desk de la tarde, me parece que no entendió que su trabajo es atender a turistas. Muy mala disposición. Un laberinto para llegar a las habitaciones. El aire acondicionado no servía. Mucha bulla alrededor. Creo que no volveríamos a hospedarnos ahí.
