The room is very nice! I am picky about a clean bed and it was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioner could have used a dusting but that was my only issue. The location is pretty good, next to a small shop to buy water and not too far to the city centre. It was nice to be able to walk quickly to the train station as well. The only downside is the size of the room, it’s pretty small but fine for two people and there’s storage under the bed.

Booking in was quick and easy , staff very friendly and helpful. Small corner shop for little extras if required but hotel is within 10mins walking distance to restaurants and shops. Wonderful location close to the train station and historic downtown. Staff are helpful and friendly. Located on a quiet street just a block from a park and restaurants. Clean, comfortable, compact.

Overall, I had a decent stay at this hotel. The location is quite good and convenient for getting around. Most major landmarks are within about a 15–20 minute walk, which I didn’t find too bad at all. The cleanliness was okay, but it could definitely be improved. I noticed some stains in the bathroom that looked like they may have been missed during cleaning. There is only one elevator, but I appreciated having one rather than none, especially when carrying luggage. The walls are quite thin, so you can hear people using the elevator or walking and talking in the hallway from inside the room. This can be a little noisy at times. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was an okay stay, especially considering the convenient location, but there is definitely room for improvement in cleanliness and soundproofing.

Location is ideal; walking distance to everything. Michael Angelo's David steps away around the corner. Lovely restaurants; highly recommend Foyer, amazing sandwich shop All'Antico Vinaio. Several day tours pick up point within walking distance as well. Wonderful night market and food vendors on several side streets. Great leather goods vendor.

I liked the cleanliness, the staff who were very friendly, the very nearby small convenience store with a helpful proprietor and the local atmosphere of the facility. The one difficulties I found were that the staff were not present except during the day to furnish keys to the hotel entrance if someone arrived after they had gone for the night (about 8 pm). The location was nearby to the Fortessa Conference Center where I had business throughout the week of my stay, and was a simple short walk of a few minutes to the cleanly Tram Station in front of the Fortessa that was the nearly the last on the way from the airport T2 line. It was also close to the bus line on the way to the to overlook of Florence and the sunset.

This hotel features an excellent, quiet location. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The air conditioner works great. The breakfast option is highly convenient. Also, room cleaning is exceptionally fast. However, the bed is quite firm. The pillows are very uncomfortable.
