The owners of the hotel are a kind couple who keep a clean and well maintained stay. They provided us with information on Florence, tips for touring the city, and even showed up the bus stop closest to the hotel. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was tidy with all the amenities we needed.

Amazing staff/owner! Marco, Manuela, Roberto and Allesandro were so friendly courteous and helpful with everything. The hotel has a unique charm and great location, super close to Tram and less than 10 min walk to the square. I would highly recommend this property for a nice stay in Florence. The espresso bar and breakfast included was a huge plus prior to starting your day!

Everything about our stay was great. The owners of the property are so kind and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was also large. The air conditioning and the mini fridge worked very well. The location is great as it’s in a quiet area close to both the train station and tourist areas. It was easy to walk everywhere but there were buses and the tram nearby if needed. The breakfast was great, with cereal, yogurt, fruit, pastries, meats, bread and cheese as well as freshly prepared baked goods. The area felt safe and there were lots of local restaurants and cafes to go to. We’d definitely recommend staying here and we would stay here again if we return to Florence.
