Safe and convenient!

I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who was very helpful. The room was smaller than I expected but sufficient for a one night stay in Florence! The hotel’s easy access to the train station makes it an ideal place to regroup especially when simply taking a quick visit! The main sites are within walking distance and the place is very secure, considrring the numerous shady characters that wander outside!

What a fantastic place to stay. I stayed there for 3-nights, and we needed a really late check in, the communication with the reception team was great, efficient. Super helpful team. In terms of location, its also made us to explore Florence, only a few mins walk from the Station as well as the popular tourist attractions. The room was very spacious and modern, also the water pressure on the shower was the best we had across italy! :)

We had a a great stay at this hotel, the Lady in the front desk was really kind and friendly, the room was neat, very clean and spacious, close to all the main see of sight, walking distant to all of them if you are use to walk, close to the trains station, we were expecting mosquito as we read in a review, but we were disappoint didn’t get one. Definitely we will recommend it.

Great small hotel 2 blocks from train station. Beautiful, luxurious rooms. Must climb steps to some rooms but more than worth it. Close to top sights. Gracious host.

you get what you pay for.

hotel was alright. you get what you pay for, decent price without a lot of luxuries and small room. But everything very clean and tidy. Bathroom very small but clean and organized. very, very small fridge for just a small bottle and 2 or 3 cans. hotel does NOT have parking lot. they have a partnership with a parking lot nearby with a discount deal (20 euro per 24 hours. instead of the 30/35 euro on the region) Personal on reception (that isnt 24 hours) is very kind and available for anything.

Alles sehr sauber und der Herr an der Rezeption der uns in der Nacht empfangen hat war außerordentlich freundlich. Wir haben einen Schlüssel bekommen um nach 1 Uhr noch ins Hotel zurückzukommen. Wir haben nichts auszusetzen. Nette Restaurants in der Nähe.

Bestes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis was ich jemals bei einem Hotel hatte. Wir waren für 2 Nächte in Florenz. Geparkt haben wir außerhalb der ZTL Zone und sind dann zu Fuß zum Hotel. Dieses liegt perfekt gelegen in der Altstadt. Wir haben alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreicht. Restaurants, Bars, Supermarkt etc.alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet und absolut ruhig. Die Dame an der Rezeption war super hilfsbereit und hat Empfehlungen zu unserem Tourenplan gegeben. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt. Perfekter Aufenthalt in einer wunderschönen Stadt im idealen Hotel für unseren Bedarf. Jederzeit wieder!

Clean / Good price / 10-15 mins walk to center

Appreciate : 2 mins walk from Airport Tram line and central railway station + room very clean + friendly receptionists + easy 10 mins walk towards major tourist attractions. Slightly disappointed : hotel entrance and reception is closed during some nights after 8pm and you are instructed to use an alternative entrance. At check-out we were asked to pay 5€ to store our bags which I never heard anywhere in the world.

Superb value and position

Junior suite room number 103, was fantastic value for a Florence city centre hotel. Situated very close to the main arrival train station, and on the doorstep of the city. it was brilliant. The room was extremely comfortable, beautiful shower bathroom, comfy bed And spare single acting as a couch. Cleanliness was very good. The room is MASSIVE in comparison to the usual Florence room size, for the price. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
