Awesome little eclectic hotel. Fits right in with the surroundings of Florence. Comfortable room, great view, excellent staff. If it’s five star you’re looking for, pay more €€ and stay somewhere else. If it’s authentic charm you’re looking for, stay here!

Nice location and the staff was friendly. The there are fees you must pay when you get there in cash, I wasn’t made aware of these. The bathroom had a weird smell and was dirty. Overall 3/5, good budget hotel in a nice location

Great location, amazing views. Staff were very approachable, friendly and welcoming. The ability to store luggage in the reception area was extremely helpful and convenient. The main complaints we had was our room, while clean, was outdated and not as shown in the posted pictures. Also the mini fridge in our room didn't work, which was unfortunate during the heat wave.

My husband and I both suffered multiple bites during our stay that appear to be from bed bugs, causing significant discomfort and concern about the cleanliness and hygiene of the room. In addition, no shampoo was provided and there was only a very limited amount of soap. On our last day, during breakfast, I found a hair in the cheese I was about to eat. I showed it to the staff member, who only apologized. I also noticed that the cup we used appeared dirty and did not seem to have been properly washed.

You will have to call front desk to open the main door for you. We came back from a long day around 10:30pm ring the bell but no one is opening the door for us. We waited for about 40mins. Luckily there was another guest on the way out and we were able to get in. When we went to the front desk to get out room key no one was there to help. They have wifi but if you’re room is on the 6th floor you will be disconnected.
