Apartment on the ground floor of an ancient tower in the historic center of Florence.
The apartment, recently renovated, is composed of:
. an entrance,
. a small but well-equipped kitchen with induction hot plates, a fridge and freezer, a microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
. The master bedroom has an LED TV and has its own wardrobe. From the room it leads to the first bathroom of the apartment, fully equipped with a bath and window.
. the living room (or second bedroom) has two sofas that are actually real beds with high quality mattresses, plus a second TV digital terrestrial and satellite LEDs.
. Second bathroom. From the living room (second bedroom) leads to a second fully equipped bathroom, with a shower cabin, and also this bathroom with window.
The apartment sleeps four people and possibly a newborn as the apartment also has a cot.
The apartment is located in the historic center of Florence, which is, in itself, a huge work of art with a myriad of beautiful museums to visit ...., such as the Uffizi, the Duomo, Giotto's bell tower, Palazzo Vecchio with Arnolfo tower, Ponte Vecchio ... and famous palaces such as Palazzo Strozzi, Palazzo Pitti, Palazzo Medici Riccardi ...
This apartment is:

. just 204 meters (247 yards) from Palazzo Vecchio and the Uffizi Gallery
. just 558 meters (610 yards) from the Duomo with Giotto's Bell Tower

- By train - less than 10 minutes, by taxi from the Santa Maria train station
Novella.
- By plane - about 20/25 minutes, by taxi, from the Amerigo Vespucci airport

- If you come by car you can directly book the garage of the Terme, via delle Terme, which is very close to the apartment (about 80 meters). Payment must be made directly with the garage.
For your information, after crossing the Ponte Vecchio, on the left there is a good supermarket (Sapori & Dintorni, via de 'Bardi, 45 Florence) with all food products, gastronomy, fruit, vegetables, wines, drinks and more you may need during your stay in Florence.

On a scale of 1 to 10, the location was an 11. So convenient to all the major destinations. The apartment had everything one might need when traveling. A washer/dryer, an iron, blow dryer and an umbrella. Plenty of storage and the 2 bathrooms are a big plus.

The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The location was incredible 2 minutes to Ponte Vecchio and less than 5 minutes to Repubplica yet extremely quiet. Hostess was very kind and attentive. We stayed here two years ago and adjusted our schedule so we could stay again. If we return to Florence, we would return here.

The apartment was an ideal space for our first visit to Florence. I was traveling with my daughter, but the apartment would have easily accommodated two couples because of its arrangement. The primary bedroom had its own bathroom, and the living room with the two sofa beds also had a bathroom adjacent. You can access the kitchen area and front door from either space, without disturbing other guests. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very quiet in the evenings because it is on a side street. So, all the benefits of a central location with no downside!

Maria was a great host. It was not a self check in apartment. We were greeted in person and we loved that. The apartment was clean, safe, and quiet. It is on a quiet street but still very close to the city center. Maria was easy to get in contact with and answered all of our questions within a timely manner. I highly recommend this apartment and I cannot wait to book again!

Amazing location, exceptionally clean, historic property. You cannot go wrong staying here! The host was gracious, providing a bottle of Prosecco and breakfast items for our first morning, coffee, and tea. When we locked up to check out we discovered we left my husband's walking stick inside. I texted the host and soon he arrived to let us back in. Very responsive, exactly as described!

The place is in a great location — surrounded by shops, cafés, and some really good restaurants, and also super close to the main attractions, so you can easily walk everywhere. There’s a parking lot nearby if you come by car, which is really convenient. Getting in is easy too, with just a couple of steps, so no problem even if you have big suitcases. The apartment had good quality sheets, mattresses, and towels, plus extra pillows, which made the stay even more comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Enrico was really kind and waited for us to arrive, which we really appreciated. A couple of things that could be improved: the floor could use a deeper cleaning, and the shower and sink drained a bit slowly. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with an amazing location in Florence, close to everything you need and surrounded by great food! 🍝✨

This apartment was in the perfect location for our exploration of Florence. We walked to every site with no difficulty. Restaurants could be found right down the street and within blocks. The bed was comfortable. Washing machine and dryer were big plusses, allowing us to travel light. The host was responsive and helpful. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. We would stay again.

Excellent location--central but also just enough off the main street so that there wasn't street noise or much foot or vehicle traffic.Check-in was the most personable we had on our four-city European trip, and communication was thorough. Would definitely stay again (if we only could!)

Clean, well furnished, and very conveniently accessible to the prime historical sites and shopping. We parked our car in same street and walked to everything, never needing a taxi.
My wife and I had one of the best meals of our lives just a few steps away at Ristorante Oliviero 1962. Not to sound full of ourselves but we’ve had opportunity to eat in NYC & Paris and this restaurant is at top 3 of our list.

Heart of Vernazza!
Charming space right in the middle of town. Very clean with a nice kitchen to cook the daily fish catch. And only up a flight or two of stairs. Which is a big deal in Cinque Terre!

Cozy apartment near all the sites!
Our trip to Florence was a bucket list moment for the three of us. Maria and Enrico took wonderful care communicating with us leading up to the trip and made check in easy. We loved being close to places we were going to visit, and it was so quiet in this apartment. It was also easily accessible for my mom who has problems with stairs. We had a beautiful visit made even more special due to this charming place and our caring hosts!

Outstanding place to stay in Florence!
The location and hosts couldn’t have been more top-notch. The hosts were very kind to us, and we were warmly greeted when we arrived. The apartment had everything we needed with lots of space to spread out for two people, including two bathrooms! Step outside the front door and you are two blocks from the Ponte Vecchio. 1000-year-old thick walls with modern plumbing. What more could one ask for? We had a grand time here. We will definitely be staying here again.
