Location was great -5 min from all the sights. B&B is up 64 steps so be aware with the suitcase. Rooms are clean and large compared to Italian rooms. Breakfast is continental. And staff are very friendly and helpful.

La vue sur le toit de l'hôtel est à couper le souffle ! La chambre était propre et spacieuse avec en prime un frigo ainsi qu'une cuisinière et des ustensiles de cuisines pour se faire à manger. Close to all you want to see

Our stay was great the room was very clean and the breakfast was good. The only thing was the 4 flights of stairs we had to climb but besides that the place was in a great location. It is close to the local markets and all of the sites tourist want to see when in Florence.

Great location, despite the major infrastructure project going on out in front of the hotel (looks like sewer replacement). Hotel owners/staff were lovely and very helpful, including transporting of luggage up and down multiple flights of stairs (Yes, no "lift" in this hotel!). Ample breakfast, very clean, and gorgeous view of the Duomo from the rooftop terrace!

Just beware there are sever stairs to access the hotel, but the rooftop view of the city is worth it! I inly wish there were amenities like tea and coffee available in the room. Other than that it was a great stay!

This small hotel is in a perfect location for walking to major attractions of Florence and it is just 10-15 minutes walk from the train station. We were able to leave our bags in a locked area for most of our last day in the city. This was very convenient.

Excellent location, friendly staff, within walking distance of most historical sites, great restaurants nearby. Staff kindly left us a bottle of champagne for our 40th wedding anniversary. Downside was no lift at property, our room was on top floor and it was a bit of a climb after a long day out and about.

피렌체시내에 위치하고있어서 관광명소를 구경다니기에 정말 최적의 B&B예요.좁은 계단을타고 옥상으로가면 피렌체두오모와 피렌테전망이 보여요.B&B입구를 찾기다 좀 어려우니 구글지도의 사진을 참고하세요.입구로부터 4층까지(실제로3층아니고 4층임) 계단이 많고,어두워서 캐리어가 큰 분들은 힘들것같아요.객실은 깨끗하고 에어컨도 소리 크지않고 쾌적해요.욕실의 물도 잘 나오고 배수도 잘 되요.조식은 아침식사로는 충분하고,조식먹는곳에서 전망이 좋아요.기차시간까지 캐리어를 맡길수있어서 좋았어요.단,캐리어를 들고 다시 내려올때 많이 힘들어요.

This property fit our needs as it was within walking distance to the Duomo and other sites. The breakfast was nice and adequate. We loved the view from the rooftop. Our room was clean and comfy. The service was good and he even carried our luggage up/downstairs for us. Overall satisfied. Only recommendations is they need new pillows as they were really flat and if you don’t like stairs there is no lift like most buildings in Italy.
