I 100% recommend this hotel. The staff made me feel so welcome and at home. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was fresh pastries, boil egg, sliced meat, cheese, yogurt, cereal, fesh OJ, coffee. The lication is in walking distance to most if no all of the sites. It's a great place to stay.

Gorgeous room and unique place to stay. Lovely breakfast served by the welcoming staff and nothing is too much trouble. Only downside was we found it very noisy and not at all sound proofed. If you are a light sleeper take you ear plugs as Florence never stops!

It is truly a unique property. The location was perfect, the history of the building was fascinating, the rooms were surprisingly large, apartment like and beyond my expectations, and the staff were so kind and helpful.
It’s with mixed emotions that I would not hesitate to recommend this place - I fear if too many people stay here there may not be a room for me the next time I’m in Florence.
All kidding aside, an amazing place, and I would give it a 10 out of 10.

Excellent location yet quiet. Huge rooms (super huge), super comfortable and very big four poster bed. The rooms were decorated in a true Florence way which was great to see.
Pre check in they provided great communication as how to find the place and how to get into the building including a short video which made it all the more easy
Apartment is on the second floor but there’s lift available to help take up luggage (which is designed in a way keeping with the residences, very cool)
Coffee and tea and pastries always available, and a small fridge in the kitchen area to store your food if required.
Also they have really amazing staff who were attentive and super helpful (Roberta and Ilaria and the cleaning staff were especially lovely!), they made the experience really amazing. Would definitely stay here if I come back to Florence.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The suite was beautiful and relaxing, and the atmosphere and amenities were wonderful. The staff were super helpful and made us feel at home, making our stay even more special. Perfect location as we were a short walk to everything and felt very safe.

Nós amamos o hotel. Chegamos e fomos recebidos pela Ilaria. O atendimento foi fantástico. Além de nos receber muito bem ela nos deu ótimas dicas. Excellent Service! Great Location!
If six stars were possible, our experiences with the reception team would receive six stars! Same for the location - it was fantastic. Over we enjoyed our stay in the apartment and would recommend for couples.
