Nice stay overall

Room was clean - needs some updating - bed was comfy. Was a little disappointed, Altho two stories, there was no elevator. We had a bunch of up and down the stairs just to get unpacked. We were there cause my daughter was getting married nearby. The convenience of Walmart nearby helped for forgotten items.

The hotel is older and as expected as far as decor and services. However the staff went above and beyond! They were all very personable and friendly and kind. Would definitely stay again just to chat with them again.

The hotel staff were very friendly, the area is very convenient. Love that it’s a Walmart, Gas station and a lot of fast food options walking distance to the hotel. This hotel is old and needs major renovations, once that happens it would be a great place to stay.

When I had called ahead to ask could I have a bottom room cause I got a boot on my right foot, front desk clerk that I spoke to said it will be ready when you get here. When I got there, the front desk clerk was so nice, she have a great attitude, and her personality was wonderful.

We came to Mullins for business and had rented two rooms, we needed early check in and Jalisa was amazing! She made sure we had everything and went above & beyond for me and my staff during our stay. This was a super convenient location because the venue was only 13 mins away. Our rooms were well conditioned and rates were reasonable. Breakfast was great and the attendant was extremely hospitable. Would definitely recommend and also book again!
