The location is excellent, really can’t be beat. But the rooms are very loud making it hard to sleep. Our room was above a cafe that has techno music playing until late. The rooms are unique and have a nice kitchenette but the bathrooms are very small (only one person) and the shower had some mold.

So convenient, 5 to 10 minutes walking to everything. Staff was extremely helpful. And the restaurant right outside the hotel was great for breakfast and coffee each morning! Definitely stay again!

Room was fantastic! They without me knowing upgraded me to a beautiful room with a view after I had a horrible travel day which was so kind. It had an incredible view of the plaza. I would 100% come back here again. Highly recommend.

Really good location. Very spacious clean room. Bathroom was spacious and clean. We didn't get housekeeping while we were there for three nights. We weren't sure if that was because it was through a weekend or we have to request it.

In the heart of Florence! Room 404 has a view of Piazza Signoria that’s to die for! Nice condo style accommodations. Only downside was sewery smell in lower hallways….but it was a muggy hot summer so everything was ripe!

It is great location , in the heart of Florence . We had a electricity issue that too in winters. The challenge is there was no one or number to contact on . Somehow the restaurant called the owners who got it fixed by the provider . Was sorted in 2-3 hrs but we had to worry and find places to hang out and be warm while the issue was ongoing . Otherwise rooms are nice too with two bathrooms being the highlight . Very convenient location and the property helps with parking . The parking guys are very responsive and friendly too . Definitely recommend this place .
