LOCATION, modern and clean. No lift.

Location is awesome. Truly the best part. The air conditioning was great in kitchen and family room - bed room air conditioning was ok. Bathrooms, shower and kitchen were great. We did not cook at all. They had sugar, salt, pepper, coffee and a two coffee pods. Cons- the room was hot at night and the air wouldn’t get cold enough. A bit dark of a place. The windows face the center of the building - looking into other places so we had the shear curtains closed most of the time. There is NOT an elevator and there is no one to help carry the luggage. We are fit and it was no fun to carry our stuff up. It is more than two flights of stairs though they tell you it’s two and a half stories high, there are slot of stairs. There is no basic necessities like paper towels, napkins, washing machine soap. No bottled water. Also they only had two coffee pods for the machine and we stayed 3 nights. It would be nice if they stocked the place with enough for number of nights you book. If you do laundry, you must buy your own detergent which makes me wonder what they do with the stuff people leave. Towels were very limited- two bath towels and three hand towels. The bath tub is in the room and a little scuffed but we didn’t use it. I would stay again without large luggage.

We thought it would be neat to stay in an apartment and live like the Florentines do. This place was cute and very clean. Next time though we will stay in a hotel as the issues we had were shrugged off by the property management - the shower was clogged so did not drain well - when you took a shower the water accumulated and you had to wait until it drained down for the next person to take a shower, we did not have a supply of toilet paper or extra towels and we were there 4 nights - we told them we were running out of toilet paper and they said go buy some, and we got tired of climbing up 5 flights of stairs and having to go thru 3 doors to get into the place and the locks were difficult to open.

立地は良いが、エレベーターが無いのは大変です

立地はとても良く、部屋も広いのですが、エレベーターが無く、スーツケースをかついで階段で3階まで上るのは大変でした。また、寝室のベッドルーム隣に浴槽が剥き出しで置いてありましたが、問題無く使用できました。

E’ un appartamento delizioso, in pieno centro, nella via dello shopping di lusso. Ristrutturato con molto gusto e molto efficiente. Forse darei una tinteggiata. Unico neo, ma solo se avete bambini, anziani o bagagli pesanti, e’ che si trova al secondo piano di un antico palazzo senza ascensore.
