Everything was amazing! It was peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. We didn’t get to use the spa unfortunately, but in the future we will stay here when we’re in Firenze. Location is convenient, with a park across the street. It didn’t take long to walk to the place from the train station. Alice was hospitable and took great care of us when it was time to check out! There is free coffee, a Lavazza modo mio machinetta which makes some good quick espresso to start your day right. My girlfriend believes the floors could’ve been cleaner in the room, however, the overall cleanliness of the room was top class. Don’t take this the wrong way as the room was very organized and well taken care of. The ability to leave your bags until 3pm the day of checkout is a great bonus. We will definitely be staying again, when we decide to come back to Firenze!

Do not hesitate to book! The staff was courteous and went above and beyond, specially Alicia, she was absolutely wonderful. The property is beautiful, the location is close enough where you can walk places and there’s a park right across the street which is a plus if you’re traveling with kids. Will definitely book again if we’re ever back in Florence!

This was a such a hidden gem. So quiet, clean, and had such beautiful wallpaper throughout. The windows had beautiful views and the shower was spacious (a rarity in Italy).

First off we loved our property and room. It was a beautiful and relaxing stay. Me and my wife ended up getting really bad food poisoning from dinner, and the staff was so helpful with getting us medical assistance and providing options for us to stay if needed since we missed our train. 5 Stars so well deserved

Loved it here! Great area, just outside of the busy part of the city but not to far away from anything! Lovely pool, nice terrace and really lovely and helpful staff! One small thing, the AC was not working due to a seasonal change so the room was boiling - but the staff provided us with a fan when we requested one which was great! Thanks for the great holiday

What a beautiful place to vacation. It’s a bit outside of downtown but oh so quiet. The 23, 32 and 6 buses will take you to and from train station. C3 and C4 buses will get you around down by Duomo. We walked 5-8 miles daily, but that’s what we like to do. Florence is very clean compared to when I went as a kid at 17.

A little slice of relaxation in Florence.

Our stay at Villa Tortorelli was just perfect. We had one of standard rooms but it was lovely and plenty of space for 2. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. We loved the traditional Italian decor with ornate light fittings and furniture. The AC worked well and kept us cool in the heat. The pool and pool area are really well looked after and it’s so nice to come back to after a day of walking around Florence. We had breakfast both mornings which is a mix of bread, pastries and continental (plus some eggs and sausages too). The hotel is secure and so easy to come and go as you please. If you want peace and tranquility in the heart of Florence I fully recommend Villa Tortorelli.

Lovely villa

Lovely green area, quiet and secure. The villa was very clean and pleasant. The pool area was a cherry on top of the cake. Highly recommend.
