「I am in awe of this property. The location is breathtaking, I love the entire place. The breakfast is something I am still thinking about, and I’m very sad that this was my first out of three days because breakfast did not match up anywhere else. I think it is so amazing that they let you be on the property until 5 PM because that allowed my family to take a moment and enjoy the beautiful scenery and have lunch at a picnic table up by Bighorn Lodge later in the day. 「The room was very clean.The hotel was nice and clean as well. The front desk staff was nice when we got there. The front desk staff when we left talked to people like everyone was bugging her. The fridge was not working and even after reporting this is was not fixed. The TV was not working either it took 2 times telling staff it was not working for them to (fix) it. Channels kept going in and out. We finally just gave up on the TV.」

「There had been a room fire before we arrived and the windows were all boarded up on one side of the motel. Ice machine was broken. There was coffee thermoses in the for morning complimentary coffee but the lobby doors were always locked. There was no mini fridge, coffee maker, or microwave in our room.
