“Pros: new property, excellent staff, very clean inside the hotel and in the parking lot, full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, very nice bathroom, free coffee and tea, snacks and microwave meals available for purchase in the lobby, very quiet, pool, outdoor seating area, Walmart and restaurants across the street...the list goes on, honestly. Cons: Unfortunately, there are quite a few homeless people walking about, outside the property, as it is located only a couple of blocks from a……

“The man and woman at the front desk was really nice and willing to help. But the room I got was not so good. It's wierd. When I was in my room, I didn't see the toilet paper, tissue and hair dryer inside. I had to go to the front desk to get them. Also, the sink of the bathtub seems to be clogged, so water went down really slowly. Besides, when I went for breakfast in the morning, it was run out of food. I had to ask the man in the front desk to refill. I used to love staying in Quality Inn……

“Love this Hampton! However the cable tv guide does not match the shows on the TV. Off by one hour, so it's nuts trying to find something to watch. What's going on there? ”

“Very nice hotel! It looks fairly new and in good condition. The room very clean and new carpet. The only comment I have is that the shower light was not working properly, sort of flickering, but it was something minor and did not report it.”

“说是下午四点钟会给我们发房间密码，可是四点半也没有发。我们四点前就已经到达酒店，没有人，找不到人，找不到房间，因为是个民居改造而成。其实位置不是很好找。无奈之下我打了酒店预留电话才发给我号码。是怕我们不去入住还是怎么回事？搞不清楚。房间内非常脏，地面、卫生间甚至咖啡机内（装水处）都是灰尘、毛发。一看就是很久没有打扫。说是会有两瓶瓶装水饮用，可是什么也没有，幸亏我们自己带有饮用水。”
