I wasn't even allowed to check in. When I searched for a room on Expedia, I set the filter to only show rooms where pets were allowed. This Travelodge came up as an option, so I booked it.
When checking in, I let the clerk know that I had a small dog, and she proceeded to let me know that dogs were not allowed. Then she said "No smoking and no pets.". I pointed out that their listing must be correct due to it being presented to me as an option. She just repeated the same statement: "No smoking and No Pets!". And she would not give me a refund.
Do NOT do business with these folks!!
