Splendid residence in a modern villa in the immediate vicinity of the historic center of Foiano della Chiana and near Cortona, surrounded by 5 hectares of fully fenced olive groves and offering absolute privacy. Thanks to its location on the top of a hill, the Spaccasole 1 residence is sunny in the morning and until sunset. The residence is equipped with all modern comforts. Spaccasole is a very modern villa, renovated with the use of latest generation materials and equipped with all modern comforts.

The residence Spaccasole 1 consists of a beautiful and modern kitchen, with all the most modern appliances, a large dining room with a large sofa, a bathroom and a number of double bedrooms with a king size bed and a private bathroom.

We were warmly welcomed to the beautiful property in the heart of Tuscany by the host Pietro, his wife and their sweet two year old dachshund Mariam. The flat was very spacious stylishly furnished and very very clean and tidy. The saltwater pool is simply a delight and my daughter couldn't get enough of it. Pietro provided swimming utensils for the child and was otherwise very keen to help with tips and suggestions. We will definitely be back and can highly recommend this host and Accommodation.

This Vrbo was an amazing and breathtaking grounds The host Pietro was incredible !! He made us feel right at home. He set us up at his favorite restaurants and also a fabulous local winery. We recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy the beautiful landscape in Tuscany. We will definitely be back!!
