「Decent enough for the current price, out of season, small apartment, mainly oriented at summer holiday guests, outdated kitchen equipment and in general the buildings need maintenance. Staff was friendly. The hot water boiler didn't switch on when I arrived, but staff got it fixed within an hour. In general it's okay if you don't expect a modern facility. The seaside is nice though and the parc does provide entertainment, and also the town of Porec and the wider Istrian area is beautiful.」

「This “campground” facility far exceeded our expectations. We only stayed 1 night , but stayed in one of the glamping tents and thoroughly enjoy it. So comfortable with great views of the Adriatic. 「We stayed in late April 2026 (two couples). The description of this property: Location, location, location!! We were in the heart of the old city--it was fantastic! Some previous travelers expressed concern about the challenge of getting their luggage up to the property. 「Wir waren begeistert. Die Anlage ist super schön gemacht. Das Mobilheim neu und echt mega. Die Klima ein Traum. Und dass man Housekeeping etc. bei Bedarf buchen kann ist absolut zeitgemäß und umsichtig. Es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Falls man etwas anmerken könnte wäre dass die Parkplätze leider in der prallen Sonne sind. Da die Anlage neu ist fehlt noch der hohe Baumwuchs der natürlichen Schatten macht.
