Great cottage, great location!

This is a great little cottage in a fantastic location. Right across from the beach and public beach access, making it easy to get to the beach. Only a block from all the restaurants and shops making it easy to walk to dinner. The screened porch of the cottage was amazing and provided an enjoyable spot to enjoy the sounds of the ocean and not fight the bugs. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well appointed and the property was very clean. Management company was responsive. There was a hose to wash the sand off at the front door. Would 100% stay there again.

Location was perfect!

We loved this property. The decor is nice, comfy beds, but the location is PERFECT. Short walk to all restaurants and directly across from the beach access. We will be coming back to this location over and over!

Cozy and convenient

A great spot for days when it's cool enough to be outside on the screened-in porch. Super close to the beach and just a couple blocks from Centre Street — and quiet too. For some reason, the washing machine ran on a hot cycle only, and it would have been great to have a little more leg room in the bedrooms and maybe a rack or line to dry wet bathing suits and towels, but otherwise, just what we needed.

Small Cottage by the Ocean

We found the property to be in a great location. The beds were comfortable & the linens and towels were nice. The property is very small, no place to put your luggage out & no place to put your clothing (no space for dressers and the closets are tiny with a few hangers). We couldn’t walk around the beds easily. There was no sound on the TV (we tried everything and are versed in electronics). There is NO hair dryer or place to hang wet clothing (good to know beforehand). We loved the location which we see is what everyone says, but the accomodations are just okay…. I would not rent this property again as for the price there are many other options that provide amenities & more comfort.

Absolutely loved this place so much! It’s the perfect location on Folly Beach, it’s super cute, clean and the a/c was cold (that’s important at beach rentals, lol)! The beds were comfy and I can’t wait to come back! We had such a great stay!!

La casa è molto carina con una veranda spaziosissima e molto comoda. La spiaggia è a 2 minuti a piedi e la notte puoi sentire soltanto il rumore del mare. Folly Beach è un incanto!

Excellent location!

The house is only a block from the beach, with a peek-a-boo view of the water. And it's only a few blocks from the main drag in town. So the location is perfect! As noted by others, it's quite a small place so if you have 4 people, you'd better be good friends! The living room and front porch furniture/cushions are past their prime And there is no dining seating other than a 2-person high-top table in the kitchen. (So there wasn't the table on the sunporch shown in the photos.) But the kitchen has everything you need and they are generous in supplying soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and bath linens. We had an issue with the washer to which the management responded rapidly. So the cottage certainly does the job!

Nice place for a weekend getaway

Me and the ole lady spent a few days here together. Nice joint. Close to the beach. Walking distance from center street. Would stay here again, for sure.

The place was adorable and in a great location. The only things I would suggest is put a TV in the bedroom with the comfortable bed. Supply a vacuum cleaner and fix the top step coming into the porch, it is higher and a little messed up I tripped coming I. When we checked in.

This cottage was ideal for easily getting to the beach, walking to the pier & downtown Folly Beach. Everything in the house was fine, too, altho I couldn't make the TV work to just get NBC to watch the Olympics.

Cozy and cute

This cottage is in the most prime location in Folly! We were a 3 min walk from Center St., which is the main strip for restaurants and shops, and across the street from beach. You can hear the waves crashing on shore at night. Communication with property management was concise, prompt and friendly. Cottage was spacious enough for my son and I, but would not be enough for more than 4 people, otherwise a perfect retreat for our beach wedding weekend!
