The living room features an arm chair and sleeper sofa. There is a dining nook as well situated right in front of the window. As you step into the bedroom, you will find a comfortable king size bed, TV, and closet storage. The full bathroom will come supplied with our soaps and fresh towels.

Guest Count: Ensure that the number of guests is correctly indicated in your booking.
Check in is at 4pm and checkout is 11am. Unfortunately we can not accommodate early checkins or late checkouts.
Abide by the checkout instructions. All trash will need to go to the bins by the time you checkout.
Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.
