The property at Ocean Watch was great, it is exactly what was advertised. That being said we had an AC failure on day 2 that resulted in my family and I being moved a couple buildings down the road to a comparable property. This was going on during a pretty heavy rain storm. The staff at Luxury Retreats did a nice job of getting us relocated once we realized the AC was not getting repaired in a timely manner. Once we moved down the street everything went well. We had a great stay!

This trip was for my mother’s 70th birthday. We had a wonderful time & location is great! Clean condo and plenty of kitchen utensils if wanting to cook. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

This condo has so much to offer. Beautifully furnished, includes everything you could need. Location could not better - able to walk to Folly Pier and Center street. Communication was fast and thorough.

Last minute destination

We followed the warmer weather and ended up heading to Charleston. We call it a discovery trip and look forward to visiting again. The condo was beautiful and had the view we were looking for!

Fantastic girls weekend at Ocean Watch in Folly Beach!

Wonderful trip from start to finish. Our condo was amazing. Beautiful decor, clean, huge, all the amenities, and a view of the pier/ocean. Awesome location to restaurants, bars and shops! The service/communication from the management company was top rate too! We will definitely return!

Expectations exceeded!

We had a wonderful vacation in this gorgeous condo. The property was even better than the description and scrupulously clean. The ocean view with coffee was a great way to start our day and the beach access was quick and easy. It’s an easy drive into Charleston to take in the sights. We will definitely visit again and rent this exact condo!

Great location and modern condo

We had a great time. The rental was as described and perfect for our mini family reunion. Other family members rented condos in same building and this one was far more modern and accommodating. The condo is close to everything in the center of Folly Beach. We had a great time and would definitely come back.

The condo was extremely nice and large. We had plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 infants. Condo came equipped with many amenities such as an ice maker which is very convenient. Great location can walk to many restaurants. Unit was updated and very clean. We had a great vacation. Thank you!

Beautiful Condo

The condo was so pretty. There were so many extras that we didn’t expect. Plenty of room for all 10 of us. Staff was so helpful and on the ball if we needed anything. Beautiful views. The ocean was right there. So many restaraunts and shops within walking distance. Would highly recommend for a place to stay. No one wanted to leave.
