Marshwinds 1K offers panoramic river and marsh views from the top, 3rd floor of the complex. Condo is a cozy 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom getaway for up to 6 guests. The beach is just a short walk, bike ride, or drive across the bridge and through the quaint town of Folly Beach. Cool off on warm days with your access to the community pool. Elevator is accessible to easily carry up all of your belongings.

Open living space includes the kitchen and living room areas, both with views of the marsh. Head out onto the long screen porch with ample furnishings to dine, play games, and just relax and enjoy the Low Country scenery. Watch your favorite TV shows, sports, and movies on the large, flat screen TV in the living room. Kitchen is fully stocked with necessities to cook and serve your family meals. Full size washing machine and dryer located in hall closet.

Master bedroom is off of the living room with private access to the screen porch. Wake up to lovely marsh and river views. Master bedroom has 1 king bed, flat screen TV, and ensuite full bathroom. The large bathroom has a long counter with double sinks, garden tub, and separate standing shower. Guest bedroom 2 is down the hall and acts as a 2nd, smaller master bedroom. Bedroom 2 has 1 queen bed, a flat screen TV, and access to it's own, private full bathroom with a tub/shower. Across the hall is guest bedroom 3 with 2 twin beds and access to the 3rd full bathroom. This 3rd bathroom also shares entry from the hallway and houses an oversize standing shower.

Folly Beach downtown area is just across the walking bridge. Wander through local shops, markets (seasonal & holidays), listen to live entertainment, and eat at one of our local restaurants. All restaurants and shops are open year-round. Get out on the water to take a fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, shelling, or dolphin watching tour from a licensed guide. Surfing lessons are available through several companies and instructors. Stroll down the Folly Beach Pier on Center Street, or find the local and tourist favorite Morris Island Lighthouse beach at the far east end of the island for wow-worthy photos!

Just a short, 25-minute drive will take you into historical, downtown Charleston to enjoy all of the charm that the Holy City has to offer. Experience world-class dining, art galleries, explore swanky boutiques, souvenir shopping along The Market, harbor views from The Battery and Waterfront Park, theater, comedy clubs, museums, grand churches, history, carriage and ghost tours, plus so much more! Customize your memorable trip to this historical city. Take the kids to the Children's Museum and the South Carolina Aquarium. Immerse yourself and the family in the Southern culture.

Parking for 2 vehicles is free and covered, under the building - parking passes provided. Fresh linens and towels are provided for the maximum occupancy of the home. Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am.

Condo amenities include free Wi-Fi, cable TV, keyless entry, contactless check-in, community pool, elevator for complex, full size washing machine and dryer, fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, central heat and air conditioning, free parking. This Unit is not ADA compliant. The HOA is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the elevators. Home is non-smoking and not pet friendly. Must be 25 years old or older to rent, no exceptions. Family friendly. No events or parties allowed. Maximum occupancy of the home, of 6 guests, cannot be exceeded, regardless of sleeping or visiting. Community Pool typically opens around April 1st and closes on Oct 31st. HOA determines when the pool is open. Property is handled through local property management company and has 24-hr on-call maintenance services. Please contact us if you have additional questions. **HOUSE SUPPLIES**
This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.
