Cal Duc is a rural country house in Catalonia from the mid-19th century located in a natural setting with excellent views of fields, pine forests and holm oaks, hills with hermitages and small villages for which time does not pass. Located 2 km from Vilavenut, Pla de l'Estany district, 10 minutes from Banyoles (Girona).
The exteriors are spacious and well cared for ideal for unforgettable rural getaways with family and / or friends. The smallest ones will be available from anywhere. There is a fenced pool, barbecues, sports field and playground.
Cal Duc is made up of three independent rural accommodations La Nena (7 people), La Nina (7) and La Nana (8 people) fully equipped. Emphasize that La Nena and La Nina can communicate internally to become a single accommodation for 14 people. The decoration is light and careful combining furniture from the Elizabethan era (1833-1868) with furniture of rustic and colonial styles integrated with the bright colors of the walls.
The front garden is very spacious with a 10-meter pool completely fenced for the safety of the children, a covered barbecue and a mobile barbecue. To enjoy meals in the fresh air, each house has an automatic extendable awning on the facade. Behind the houses a few meters away, there is a beautiful pine forest and evergreen oak trees with another barbeque, a large table and stone bench covered with heather, swings, slides and zip lines. La Nena and La Nina are two houses of 7 people each of rustic style with stone walls, with the openings and original wooden beams. In La Nina still visible the stable, the kitchen and the old oven. On the ground floor of each house there is the entrance hall, the laundry room, a full bathroom and the large open kitchen with dining room and living room with two sofas and the fireplace. La Nana is a house with 8 people of today's style and the walls painted in bright colours. The house offers plenty of natural light for the spaciousness of the windows. On the first floor there are two double rooms, two bedrooms with a double bed, two bathrooms and a living room with sofas, television and large openings with views.
All rooms in each house are equipped with bed linens. In the bathrooms there is a towel for bath and hand towel per person, hand soap, toilet paper and hair dryer.
