Welcome to Residence 19 Il Borgo, a cosy and spacious holiday home spread over three floors, perfect for families, groups of friends, or travellers seeking comfort and a shared experience in an authentic setting with attention to detail. The accommodation can comfortably sleep up to 7 adults and 1 child (ages 0–14), offering flexibility and convenience.

The sleeping area features three bedrooms, with two double beds, a double sleeper sofa, and a single sleeper sofa, ensuring everyone has a comfortable space. The house is equipped with two private bathrooms and an additional shared guest bathroom, ideal for groups seeking both privacy and convenience.

On the ground floor is the spacious living area, designed to combine functionality and a welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen, partially shared with other guests, is fully equipped with a 5-burner stove, a traditional Miele oven, a microwave, a large Miele dishwasher, and two private refrigerators. Each guest has access to a personal drawer containing breakfast linens and a cleaning kit. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glasses (including wine glasses), and cutlery. The centrepiece of the space is a magnificent handcrafted solid Robina wood table (260 x 100 cm), perfect for sharing meals and special moments.

Guests also have access to a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron, sink, and bathroom.
