"Older but good hotel. No breakfast available. The only issue I had was with the water — the cold tap never provided cold water; it was always warm."

"This lodge is in a beautiful location with expansive views of the mountains around Julian, CA. The room was large with a pleasant bathroom with skylight. There is air conditioning in every guest room. The large living room has a TV (so do the rooms) as well as a billiard table. The kitchen was spacious and the hosts provided eggs, bread, milk, bananas, and ramen soup bowls for the guests. The lodge is small with only a few rooms so it is quiet and allows each guest to interact with the others as they wish. I would definitely stay here again."

"What a treasure of a mountain retreat! Host was communicative & jolly. Cabin has everything guests could possibly need or dream of. Complete package for getaway…bonus fully fenced back yard for pup & private deck in the oak & pine trees with wild turkeys strolling through front yard below at sunset…cannot recommend enough. Thank you Larry!!"
