"The space was very nice, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated that it was dog-friendly, which allowed us to bring our fur babies along—such a huge plus for us.Carol was incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. She was a great communicator and responded very quickly, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Since my first review I tried to post was denied, I will try again. The lady who checked me in was unwelcoming to both me and my guests at the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel. The amenities were not explained to us at all. Not one person in our party was even remotely impressed with this hotel. This place is just a fancy exterior for appearances in my opinion. Rooms and bathrooms were also la luster. They were clean, sure but they were tiny. The bathrooms look like a public restroom and the toilet is ridiculously loud. We spoke with the man who Checked us out. After my guest complained about the woman the day before, and he ensured we would not be charged for the waters in the room. We were definitely charged for the waters after we left. Very unimpressed."

"The room was clean and comfortable but showing some wear. We had to get maintenance (which was sent up immediately) to reattach our toilet seat. I was surprised after walking around the building that there was no outdoor seating to relax in except for a couple of tables and chairs by the entrance. The pool area smelled so strongly of chlorine that we decided not to use. Treadmill was broken in the exercise room. Small things but added together left a “meh”impression."
