“ On arrival the receptionist wanted us to pop extra money because the prices on hotel.com are wrong.no hot water in the morning. No enough toilet paper in the room. The cleaning stuff dont take out rubbish bins.”

Again, we had a family birthday being celebrated, and we were greeted by Thabang at reception with a message from the staff. That was followed by a cake and a written greeting card upon arrival at our accommodation, which had been generously upgraded much to our great pleasure and comfort. “The place seems like is being used for adultery/infidelity sexual desires. Not good for business, relaxing/resting Though place is clean and in avery quite place, service is poor, e.g., no tea, one towel supplied on arrival, no bsain towel and soap, hot water runs out”
