Just close enough

Loved the back yard and pool area. Bottom bumk mattress needs replaced, very thin and felt wires unless you slept towards the wall, didn't use top bunk. Master bed was good. Never a parking issue and it was quite. Beautiful big old trees. Living room air-conditioner is loud, but we never watched TV, so it wasn't an issue for us personally. Everything you would need, shampoo, bar soap,salt, sugar, some coffee was provided. Beach took 14 mins and we have dinner places and stores 3 mins away! Outside of the bed, I would stay again.

Very homey with all the conveniences of home

We had to book at the last minute due to a funeral in the family and Matthew was great in accommodating the last minute booking and communicating with me through the entire process. The apartment had all the conveniences of home including an iron, chairs for the beach, and a small cooler. I can't forget to mention the backyard! It is so relaxing with a hammock, pool, and plenty of chairs by the pool. The playscape in the back is an added benefit. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back.

We were more than satisfied with our stay. Very cozy private place, kid friendly beautiful yard with pool, swing set for the kids, and clean. Would definitely come back and will definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends all the time
