Great vacation spot

We enjoyed our vacation at this property immensely. Friendly staff and clean condo, pool area, etc. We did have to wait to check in because our room wasn't ready yet. However, the front desk made it right and comped our resort fee for a few days. Highly recommend.

Worst vrbo ever

It’s basically a hotel that has budget rooms that went out of business and sold rooms to people to rent out. Room was nasty to say the least. Stained bedding and mattress, counters dirty, floors swept but not mopped, outside balcony was nice but floor was dirty and sticky. Amazing little coffee shop on the property and amazing view but that’s about it.

Overall very nice

We had a couple of problems when we checked in the room . First it wasn’t the view that we thought we were getting we could barely see any water view. Also the mattress on one of the pull out couches was soiled on the bottom we called and we’re told that someone would be there the next day. When they showed up we were told that we would be getting a different room. Later that day we were called and told that we couldn’t get a different room but they did replace the mattress If you want a water view make sure that you are on the 4th floor or higher in the north building if not the coconut trees are in the way

Great location, comfortable place

Very nice apartment located one block from the beach and Hollywood Broadwalk full of restaurants and nice places to go (also in the Marina). Great for a comfortable stay of 3-4 people. Nice they left 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella.

Great condo and perfect location - steps from the beach, boardwalk and restaurants! We had 6 guests stay comfortably, we ran out of cleaning supplies and towels at one point but we were able to make it work! Would recommend to a friend
