HOUSE RULES
-No Parties/Events allowed
-No loud voices and no loud music outside the house especially at the pool area after10PM.
-You will be required to submit a copy of your ID (front and back) upon confirmation of your booking. The ID has to match the name on the reservation.
-Parking: 2 Cars Permitted in Front Driveway
-Check-in time: 4:00PM. Check-out time: 11:00AM
-Early check-in/late checkout may be granted depends on availability but with an additional cost.

VIDEO SURVEILLANCE DISCLOSURE OUTSIDE OF PROPERTY
The Property has a video surveillance camera placed outside at the front door strictly for protection against insurance and theft and is not being viewed or monitored and does have recording storage capability.
NOISE AWARE
The property has been installed with a Noise Aware device to constantly monitors the noise level in our property and it alerts us the host and the property manager when a certain noise level has reached higher than the local city ordinance. When host/property manager will get an alert, we will kindly advise the guest to to keep the noise level in the property to a minimum to avoid complaints from neighbors and local law enforcement.
A mandatory 4% credit card processing fee applies. This fee is non-refundable for cancellation at anytime, regardless of the cancellation policy.
