Perfect place for whole family or group to enjoy! 4 bd and 2 baths pool home with lots of space to relax! Large covered patio, pool deck with bbq, seating & lounging area. Close to restaurants, shops, nightlife and beaches. Sawgrass Mills, BB&T Center, Hard Rock Casino (Guitar hotel), FLL Airport, Ft Lauderdale Beach, Hollywood Beach, Pompano Beach. Minutes away from major highway giving easy access to all south FL has to offer. - 45 mins to Miami Int Airport, South Beach or West Palm Beach.
The space
The property can accommodate a large group or a big family very comfortably. Total of 4 bd, 2 baths, 2 living rooms, 1 large dining room, equipped kitchen, laundry area, large covered patio, huge backyard with pool and pool deck.
Enjoy fresh brew or tea at complementary coffee station.
Save some money by cooking a feast in the large fully equipped kitchen or outside on the grill with indoor and outdoor dining options.
Entertainment for guests of all ages! Play games in the fenced backyard. enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool, or relax in the sun on the deck. or head out to enjoy local parks, golf course, restaurants, shops, casino, night life.
Property is centrally located within minutes from major highway. Less than 45 mins from Miami int. airport, greater Miami, South Beach and West Palm Beach. You are right in the heart of all the wonderful things South Florida has to offer!
Work and play! We have high-speed internet & WIFI so you can work comfortably anywhere on the property!
The Master bedroom has a king-size bed a spacious walk-in closet and private bathroom. The 2nd bedrooms have queen-size beds and a comfortable workspace. the 3rd bedroom has 2 full-size beds, and the 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds. Complete sets of bed sheets, blankets, and extra pillows are also provided.
All bathrooms include sets of towels

Free parking. Driveway can fit up to 4 cars.
Other things to note
- SMALL GATHERINGS ARE ALLOWED only until 11 pm. We respect our neighbors, so we obey the rules and regulations of the city and community.
Any sound must not be heard distinctly for one (1) a minute or longer at a distance of twenty-five (25) feet or more as measured from the property's
baseline between the hours of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM daily and fifty (50) feet or more as measured from the source property line between the hours of
7:00 AM and 11:00 PM daily. We kindly ask that you respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM. During this period, no music should be played outside, and voices/sounds should be kept low to ensure neighbors are not disturbed.
-BBQ - Free Propane - No fee - We kindly ask our quests to clean after they finish using the BBQ. There is no fee for using it, but if BBQ is not cleaned,
we will charge a $50 fee.
- Damaged items (cost of replacement):
Bed sheets stained where they can't be washed $50
Lost or stolen art, decors, plates, or other stuff are also under penalties.
Lost or ruined towels - $10 hand towels and $25
bath towels. $40 pool/beach towel
- SMOKING INSIDE THE PROPERTY IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
Should the Guest violate rule, the Guest will be liable for any damages that may have been caused by such action. A $700 cleaning fee will be
assessed should the Guest choose to smoke inside the house.
- The guest shall use the house for residential vacation purposes only. Large events on the Property, consisting of more than the number of Occupants allowed, are strictly forbidden. The house may not be used in any commercial way or for public events, or commercial promotions of products and services.
All Occupants who stay overnight must be registered. The amount of occupants in the house is constantly monitored by our exterior cameras.
