Guest Access:
The unit is completely private with its own separate entrance. During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire unit. However, please note that the patio and pool area are shared with neighboring units.

The Neighborhood:
The City of Fort Lauderdale is known for its beaches and boating canals. Enjoy a recreation-rich lifestyle with upscale outdoor restaurants, bars, and boutiques.

Enjoy shopping on Las Olas Boulevard or revel in fine-dining at a top-rated restaurant. Regardless of your interests, the City of Fort Lauderdale promises endless enjoyment for everyone in your family.

Getting Around:
There are a number of transportation options available in this area. The Sun Trolley Hop-on Bus includes seven routes from the beach road to neighborhoods, downtown, and a connection to the airport bus. There are other options such as Broward BCycle Bike Share System which you can typically find in any tourist zone and the checkout process is simple. The most fun option (but maybe not the cheapest) is the water taxi! There is also uber, lyft, and cab services in the area.

Number of vehicles on property should never exceed (1) per reservation. Up to (1) car may park in the driveway side by side.

Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.

Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.

It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.

We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area.
