Very run down property, room smelled of mildew. Bathroom was updated which was nice but the rest of the room showed signs of water damage.would not recommend at all

The room was filthy, there was a huge hole in the door to the bathroom from what I augmented would be someone punched it, there was a 2 inch gap on the bottom of the main door between the door and ground…. It was like I walked into a movie seen, we walked down the road got food eat and was able to book a different hotel! They require a cash deposit when you check in and put it in a drawer with your name wrote on a piece of paper…. I am not a picky person but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone… the pictures online are deceiving!

Beautiful and clean pool, with handicapped access machine. Did not rate excellent only because there was no coffee available either in the room or elsewhere in the property. Otherwise great value for the price.

There was no one there or on the after hours phone to answer to let us in our room the first night. I was terrified. Never been to this place, my daughters were with me I prepaid for our room and we had no place to stay. And I had a budget for our trip. Had to pay $140 to stay at a Best Western, thank god for them. We were not able to connect to the wi fi or stay connected at all the entire time. Tues-Friday. When we came Tuesday I asked for compensation to pay for the other room I had to rent and the manager acted like they were not the owners. Then later told me to call you. And you just called them and they lied to you as well saying the manager wasn’t there. They were. Then I’m supposed to call Expedia back for a 3rd time.

The pictures online are VERY misleading. This is a small 3 story, old hotel across from all the big nice shiny buildings. It smelled of VERY strong chlorine. A very outdated place.

Noisy young people woke me up in middle of night. No manager on site. This is an old motel. The manager had the office locked at 7:30 pm when I arrived and people had to phone him so we could check in. He took a $5 deposit and was not on site when I checked out at 9:45 am. It was worth the loss of $5 to get out of there. Suitable only for drunken Spring Breakers.

We stayed for four nights. We appreciated the full size refrigerator and microwave. The beds were comfortable, lots of hot water, but had to ask several times for additional towels, washcloths, bath tissue, and toiletries. There is no one on site overnight for security or for after hours needs. In several cases, there was no one in the office during stated office hours. The manager and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful when they were present. Do not expect to have easy access to the beach. The beach area across from the hotel has mostly private entrances for the large hotels across the street. We ended up going through the Tiki Bar located next to the beach and inside a large hotel. The pool area was clean but kept locked until the manager arrives, which is a problem if you have young children who want to go swimming before 10:00. The decorative planters outside the rooms have mostly dead dry plants outside the rooms. It was an ok stay but you get what you pay for.

Great stay! The Manager was extremely accomodating and friendly. The pool was very clean. Pool chsirs could be replaced - very sun worn and uncomfortable. Our room locstion wasnt great as it was right next to some loud equipment, but the room was clean and very well appointed. Loved the updates. Convenient location also. Nice and close to the beach. Thank you for a great stay!

Be prepared that this is a very low budget hotel. It really doesn’t look like the picture. The beach is about three blocks up a busy road. The property is pretty run down, however the staff was very nice. The pool looks nice.

Oliver was absolutely awesome. I knew that I was staying at an older hotel and it is an older location. But the beach is a three minute walk away, the price is super affordable, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. It’s exactly what I was hoping it would be. If you are looking for super Lux, this is not the place to stay. But if you want comfortable, clean rooms and a friendly staff with a nice pool that’s close to the beach. It’s great!
