Great house, lots of space, nice secluded yard, well stocked kitchen and grilling tools, very comfortable master bedding. AND Bob was absolutely totally immediately responding to any request we had. The question would we stay there again-cannot think of reason not too!

Family vacation
This was hands down the best VRBO experience I have ever had. Robert is an incredible host, extremely easy to communicate with, and made the check in/out process very easy. The property is absolutely incredible, and I caught myself and my family saying ‘wow’ multiple times when we first checked in and walked around. Extremely easy access to the beach, Publix, gym, and the interstate. The neighborhood is in a great location and quiet at night. I highly recommend Robert and his property, he is the exact reason why I prefer VRBO over traditional hotels.

Great family time!!
We enjoyed staying at this lovely house. The owners were very responsive. It was spacious to stay in even in one in a thousand years torrential rain. The skylights were a great plus on a raining day. We will definitely come back and stay to visit with family and friends.

Large home in Deerfield Beach
Our family of 5 rented this home while visiting Florida. The owners were very communicative and we were greeted upon entry to a bottle of wine and a plate of strawberries. A nice touch but somewhat soured by the very strong smell of pot that permeated the home and took days to air out. The living spaces are large and comfortable but the bathrooms leave much to be desired. The master bathroom was very large, attached to the bedroom and could have been pleasant but the water closet lacked a door and so only one person could be in the space at a time if you wished for privacy. The shower was dated, had missing tiles and took a very long time for the water to heat. The second bathroom smelled of sewage and was very unpleasant. Location was convenient and outdoor space was nice, but if traveling with young children be aware, there is a channel of water that runs behind the home and it is not fenced off. I am glad I explored behind the bushes in the backyard before letting my kids wander around. Not being a Floridian, I am not used to motes of water running alongside homes and this one hidden behind the bushes was a surprise. I would not return to this home nor recommend it.

Fortunate to find this jewel!
I want to thank our lovely hosts for an amazing vacation. We were so fortunate to find this jewel. The hosts went above and beyond helping us get our bearings. Everything you could want was right there. Beautiful beach, fun shops and great food. The home was bright, nicely appointed, and immaculate. We will be back hopefully very soon. A five star experience!

Property, as advertised, Robert was very responsive and communicative. Check in extremely easy. Location is extremely convenient to shopping center, restaurants, bars supermarket all within 5-10 min walking distance. 10 minutes drive to Boca, 20 minutes to Delray. Safe neighborhood and home. Hot tub was great, all rooms plenty big enough, kitchen supplies adequate, everything works! Outdoor space fantastic! Great for family or adults. Beach was a 15-20 minute walk down Hillsborough Ave. All in all, great value for the money, clean and safe neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Tolle Unterkunft in guter Lage
Das Ferienhaus sieht gut aus und hat eine gute Lage für Reisen zu den verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten in Florida. Ein Supermarkt ist in der Nähe und der Strand ist nicht weit weg. Wonderful property, great location, delightful hosts
My family and I stayed here on a last minute booking and we only wish we were here longer. The home has everything we needed and lots of cozy comfortable home touches. Location is perfect. Wonderful Vacation in Deerfield Beach
We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It is comfortable, clean and well decorated. Deerfield Beach is a charming beach town between Palm Beach and Miami with a laid back feel. The beach is perfect without high rises blocking the sun. The property manager was friendly and efficient. Highly recommend

Happy Times at One Little Harbor Way
This home was the perfect place for our stay. We spent lots of time enjoying the outdoors. The covered patio was just right for BBQing, cocktails and lounging in the spa. This is an easy location to explore the local sights from. The beach is walking distance, fishing from the Deerfield Pier is fun, and don't miss Deerfield Island. WE WILL BE BACK!

Really good value for a nice property in a great location. Front of house landscaping could use some cleaning up but that had no impact on our stay. Property manager was great to deal with and house was in good shape, no issues.

Beach family vacation
The location of this property is great! We had easy communication with the owner and the house was big enough for the whole family. Very close to the beach, about a seven minute drive there. very close to a lot of stores (Walgreens, Publix, Starbucks) as well as being in central location of a lot of restaurants. The jacuzzi is a big plus for those who would rather stick around the home instead of the beach. However, being that we paid so much for this property, I would have expected it to be a little bit more clean especially paying a hefty cleaning fee. This is not the owners fault but rather the cleaning crew that is hired. Simple things like the floor being mopped and dusting cobwebs would go along way. Also, the furniture should have a good cleaning as well as all the couches were cloth and turning black. Overall the home was a good choice for a beach family vacation but I would expect certain fees to be used properly and thoroughly when cleaning and maintaining a home.

Very old-not worth price
Although location and property manager were very good, the property itself I would give 1 star. The AC didn’t work for a day, hot tub was unusable for 2 days, bathroom sink had hose burst and flooded, very musty smell on back patio area and rusty screened patio, landscaping non existent. The inside had very old uncomfortable furniture, dirty windows, dusty blinds, dishwasher soap container broken. In addition to all of that, maintenance for hot tub showed up unannounced and walked right into patio while my family was enjoying hot tub (could’ve made for very “awkward situation”) When asked if I would be compensated for inconveniences (I had mentioned possibly Gifts cards to area restaurants) their offer was moving my checkout time from 11am to 2pm (I found that on border of insulting considering what I spent to rent for month)

This was our second time renting this property. The home is very comfortable & cozy, perfect for the three of us. Location is a short distance from family and the beach. Outdoor space was great for hanging outside, unwinding after the day. The house has everything you need.. Communication with the owner was great. Look forward to booking again in the near future.

Our family of 6 stayed for a long weekend. Great location, close the the beach. My youngest 2 kids enjoyed using the hot tub as a splash pool (we didn’t turn on the heat). Nice screened in back porch area. Robert was quick to respond, easy to work with & kind to us.

Beautiful house with stylish design
This house is jem that is located close to the Deerfield beach. It easily accommodated our family of 6. Very clean. Richard was very attentive and helped with all questions we had. House has beautiful design and makes me feel like Im in 5 star hotel room. Beach is 5 minutes drive and has few restaurants in walking distance. Will definetly stay again.

What a property!
This particular Deerfield Beach home, I should think, would qualify as a good central location for most travelers to southern Florida. It was clean, spacious, and had a great layout. Robert was quick to respond to my communications. And a little word of advice--for a real "Ahh! That feels good moment"--soak in the hot tub for 20 min. or so and then lay in the pond/pool. Just perfect for those muggy Florida nights. I had a great stay.

Spacious lovely home with ALL kitchen needs
Everything was exactly as represented. Two major things made this a nicer experience. The owner/property manager immediately responded to any communication totally eliminating any problems. Second was the fact the place, unlike so many others, did not have the pantry cleared out. Assorted things left by previous renters, spices, tea, coffee, can goods eliminated the “usual” need to duplicate what we all have at home and need for a long stay. We contributed to the “pantry”!! Location was ideal with access to plenty of shopping, eating and recreation!!

Great house, great location, great neighborhood for people who are active or just wish to relax!
We had an amazing time at Little Harbor! The house is very spacious and lot of things to do outside the backyard. We even saw several manatees pass through the canal in the back. The beach is a quick walk away, as is Publix supermarket and several restaurants. The ownership/leasing team were very responsive with accommodating all of our requests which helped enhance our time there.

More room and amenities than you'll ever use.
We rented Bob's house for a full four weeks from mid July through Mid-August. On arrival we found the house to be just as represented . The owners have not only filled the interior with all the necessities that we as a couple or a group of people including kids might need. The backyard included screened in lighted whirlpool, a fire-pit and full sized barbecue with furnishings. Everything that we needed for cooking and leisure activities was in the house. One of the best features of the house was its location. One can easily walk to both shopping and several local restaurants in the strip mall just across the main road. Additionally, it's a fifteen minute walk to Deerfield Beach and town with all of its oceanfront features. During our stay we had one serious issue. The central air-conditioner died! We were presented with a difficult three days in July. On the bright side the owners replaced the entire AC unit and all of its components with a brand new one in that amount of time. We choose to remain and go about our daily activities as scheduled with little to no interference from the units replacement ,and were offered compensation for our difficulty,. We felt the house delivered everything that we contracted for and recommend it to others.

The property was better than I thought. So perfect for my family, location was exceptional.
Everything was flawless. Checking in was easy, Ms. Spears was very flexible and made herself available for questions or assistance. Loved the set up of the house, had family over for dinner on Father's Day and the seating was space worked out great. Enjoyed sitting outside during the day, evening or night time. 15 minute walk to the beach daily, grocery store, shops and restaurants are all right there. Walked around the corner to the nail shop, Walgreen's, the bank. Couldn't have asked for a better location or accommodations. Thank you.

disappointed, property needs some work
We were somewhat disappointed.The following needs work: Mediun size holes in patio screening roof, Hot tube never got even warm, rear side patio door was difficult to close (had 4' to 5' snake in patio area), kitchen faucet leaked at base, dish washer soap door was broken, 1 breakfast area chair in poor condition and at least 2 dining room chair seats the springs would keep falling out, propane tank at grill was empty, basin drain in 2nd bathrm. not working. Does not compare with other homes we have stayed at.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at our home. It is very sad that you did not ever contact us during your stay – we would have resolved your issues. OUR HOT TUB WORKS GREAT! It can be a bit confusing adjusting the temperature, jets, and bubbler. It is a large jacuzzi and depending upon the outdoor temperature, it may take up to 6 hours to fully heat. Our property manager met you at the property for check-in, showed you about the home and explained how everything works. We would have been happy to return to show you again how to use it properly. There are multiple propane tanks on site. Again, if you had simply contacted us, we would have told you where the additional tank was located and if needed, come and changed it for you. After receiving your review, we had our plumber check the kitchen faucet and there is no leak. The torn areas in the screening have been replaced. Finally, the door exiting the patio adjusted so that it opens and closes easily. We are so sorry that our home did not meet your expectations.

You will REALLY feel at home
We are a family of five, which include three teenage girls, and NO ONE was in anyone's way for the week we spent. You cannot put a price on convenience given the fact that you are a 15-20-minute walk (vs. drive) to the beach, washer and dryer, big fridge, Publix across the street, Walgreens and CVS Pharmacy kiddy-corner to each other up the street and Charm City Burger across the street. Who can beat FREE surfing or stand-up paddleboard lessons (your choice) Saturday mornings at Island Water Sports. Very safe and quiet neighbourhood. THREE TV's in the house, so, no disagreements. Bob and Heather were very accommodating and were always available when needed. Given the choice, I would go back Bob's home at any time.

Location is right where you want to stay!
House located within walking distance to everything you could want/need in Deerfield Beach. Many options to eat close and grocery store across the street. My husband enjoyed the hot tub everyday. We practically lived on the enclosed patio. Would definitely stay again.

Family of Five visit for Thanksgiving
We had a great stay in Deerfield Beach. The location was great! Easy access to restaurants, shopping, the beautiful beach and our extended family in south Florida for Thanksgiving. The house was very comfortable for our family of five adults. The Master bedroom and bath were oversized and quiet. The large TVs were great, although at least one of the bedrooms did not have cable access. The house lacked some basic necessities (for instance, we had to go buy a plunger!), so be prepared for providing everything when you arrive. The back screened in deck was comfortable, but we couldn't tell if the firepit worked or not. The hot tub did! That area could use a little care and clean up. The house has comfortable seating everywhere, and is nicely decorated, as you can see in the pictures. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of dishes and silverware and pots and pans. We know the area pretty well, so didn't take advantage of all the recommendations on the app; however, we liked a little Mexican restaurant right across the street in the Cover Shopping Center; we also went to Oceans 1234 (?), but I was disappointed with The Whale's Rib (we had been before and liked it). There's lots of places, so no worries! A great vacation!
