This home is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels, as per local law, and cigarette smoke to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed.

The property also has active outdoor security cameras located facing north towards front lawn, facing north towards side driveway, facing north towards laundry room exit, facing west towards circular driveway, facing south towards pool, facing north towards entry door.
With 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and a sofa bed, you and your guests have plenty of room to spread out. The home is approximately 1 mile from beachside restaurants and nightlife.

Hollywood Beach, one of the best beaches in South Florida is practically next door. Stroll along it’s amazing boardwalk or grab a bike rental and explore the coastline. You'll have everything you need to relax and enjoy your escape.
