Women at the front desk were very good and fun to talk to. That is the only good thing about this hotel. Rooms are dirty and dated. The bathroom was disgusting hair and grime all around the edges of the floor. Door to room was not very secure with only one deadbolt. We put our luggage in front of door for added security. Ok location, not a lot of restaurants around unless you want to spend a bunch of money. Better options about a 10min walk away. They do offer a shuttle to the cruise but for a fee.

Staff was rude, rooms were dirty and they claimed that restaurant was open on line but it has been shut down for 6 years even though I would never eat there And no one ever came in room to clean. Only good thing was location. Never Again!

They false advertising NO Restaurant No Lounge, The rooms smelled like urine and vomit, Walls were covered in spilled drinks and god knows what. Cheap old memory foam mattress with deep swells . No gym. No beach chairs. only 6 chairs pool side, with very little sun.

Here are the pro’s and con’s of this property: GREAT location and affordable price. Parking included. Staff is grumpy at best. Do not dare to attempt check in before 3:01pm. Although, if you do arrive early they will let you park in the hotel parking lot. WiFi was terrible! In the morning it was somewhat reliable - but guaranteed not to work after about 8:00p Our cell phones did not connect well from inside the rooms The room was basic and aged - but seemed to be clean. Pillows were yuck Terrible shower - but had hot water, so we made it work for us

This hotel was a huge disappointment. I’m giving it 2 stars only because of the excellent location — otherwise, it would be 1 star. The hotel is very old and poorly maintained. Our room had a terrible smell, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, the pillows were awful, and the blankets were bad as well. We barely slept the entire night. On the third floor, the internet did not work at all, which was very frustrating. On top of that, the hotel charged us additional fees, even though Expedia clearly stated that all fees were already included.

The front desk staff was very nice and very helpful. The location was idea, being across the street from the beach. The room was dated! None of the outlets worked. The bathroom was filthy.

Took over hour to check in, two different day/times asked for pool towels they didn’t have any available. Sink basically falling off wall, stained carpet everywhere, nothing was plugged in, water was yellow, mold on ceiling. The whole building is outdated, run down and very smelly. Location was really prime but rooms were unkept, absolutely no maintenance with mould and mildew everywhere and staff was not super friendly. Restaurant and bar was advertised but there is neither. The pool does not get any sun which is no fault of the hotel but still disappointing

We checked in at 3pm only to check out by 7pm. The room they gave us was absolutely dirty and smelly. The bed sheets are full of stains and smelly. There are traces of vomit on the carpet and smear of feces on the wall. The room is no smoking. There’s a stench of mixture of smoke and weed. There’s a lot of molds on the ceiling and walls. It was hard to breathe inside. I tried to talk out my family to stay but they had to leave and walk around outside. I stayed behind because i was so tired and had to get some sleep. I laid on the bed fully clothed as don’t want to get anything in contact with my skin from the sheet. The family returned and we couldn’t take it anymore and had to leave. I understand the building is old compare to the other buildings around, but this building has not been well maintained and just neglected it. The front desk staffs are not happy working there as they seemed to be always agitated. The door card keys did not work the first time we got to the room and I had to get one the cleaning lady to open the door for us. A lot of guests had the same problem too with the card key. I think the keys doesn’t work because the lock that you swipe with the card are so rundown and rusted, and there’s a thick accumulation of dust all over the door lock. I think the business model they’re trying to run is to keep the operation cost very low but attract a lot of guests due to very low price they offer for the rooms and they don’t expect guests to return.
