The property can accommodate many uses and families due to its spacious layout and sleep arrangements.

Tropical Staycation sleeps 12 total guests. 7 total beds, 2 pull out couches, and lots of space for luxury air mattresses if needed.

The house has an entertainment area overlooking the pool & backyard. That room has a beautiful pool table, big screen TV, and couches.

Kitchen is beautifully spaced, fully equipped, and massive.

Dining table in a separate dining room is located near the front in a wide-open space for easy family dinners. Seating for 8 around the main table and additional seating upon request. There is also a breakfast table for 4. Additional seating available.

Washer & dryer in laundry room

Large, Tiki hut covered deck with full bar & chairs
Beautiful outdoor kitchenette and BBQ area next to pool

Plantation is a beautiful suburban community. The property is massive and provides lots of privacy, but guests must obey local noise rules at all times. At no point can your noise exceed property lines and disturb neighbors.

No parties/loud music outside. Neighbors need to be respected at all times. Please inquire with the host about any ideas you may have.

All guests are required to follow local ordinances and request all neighbors at all times.

Pets are allowed however they must be disclosed, and pet cleaning fee must be paid so deep cleaning is covered for future guests. No exceptions.

Reservations over Holidays; specifically, Christmas & New Years have a 12-night minimum if you want both Holidays or a 6-night minimum if you choose one or the other. Please send a request to the host with any questions or clarification.
