Not so Stunning Hollywood Pool Home

Our family of ten stayed at this property for four nights. While the location offered convenient access to shops and highways, we were disappointed with the overall condition and maintenance of the house.Cleanliness: The floors were not adequately cleaned upon our arrival. Within minutes of walking barefoot, our children's feet were black.Maintenance: Several items were in disrepair, including a broken toilet paper holder and malfunctioning bathroom faucets.Kitchen Amenities: The kitchen was poorly equipped for a property advertised to accommodate 10 guests. We found only four coffee mugs, a small coffee machine, and a limited number of plates and barely any cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc.Outdoor Area: The pool area was in a state of disrepair with missing deck boards. We were also concerned about the presence of broken glass in the backyard.Unexpected Showings: We were not informed that the property was for sale. During our stay, individuals arrived to view the house without prior notice or realtor accompaniment, which was disruptive and concerning for our privacy.Overall: While we appreciated the convenient location, the lack of cleanliness, maintenance issues, poorly equipped kitchen, unsafe outdoor area, and unannounced showings significantly detracted from our experience. We would not recommend this property in its current condition.

Hollywood Pool Home

The home was exactly what was described on the listing. The rooms were big and comfy for the family. All amenities like the beach, grocery store, casino, airport were all 10-15 mins away. The location was in the center of all areas that’s important to a person. The neighbors were nice and my kiddos were talking to neighbors who distributed fresh mangos to the family. Property manager was very active, anything I needed response within 30 mins-1Hr. When returning to Miami yes I will choose this location again.
