Beautiful and Modern home with great Swimming Pool, everything is brand new, great for families, couples and group of friends. Very close to the Beach, Fort Lauderdale Airport, Expressway, shopping, night live, Hollywood downtown, casinos, Gulfstream Park, Aventura. Great location to enjoy Florida Sunshine! Woke up the last day,the house was at 63. Had no heat setting on the thermostat. Shower pressure was terrible in the main bathroom. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. The front porch light was so dim as to be useless. Needed a flashlight to find. Would also be helpful to leave instructions to use the washing machine.

Home away from home!!

Was here to visit family, the home was perfect in every way for what we needed. The house was clean, and the pool was the highlight of our weekend. This was our second time staying here and look forward to booking a bunch more times. Thanks to the host for great communication and your hospitality!!

Inadequate

The property was fairly clean and the air conditioner was amazing. Very comfortable temperature inside. The house was lacking many necessary items that I usually find in a VRBO. There were no kitchen cloth towels. There were minimal towels for usage for showering no face cloths no hand towels. The kitchen was so poorly supplied. There were no steak knives no wine glasses no pot holders to handle things coming out of a hot oven. We were only there for 2 1/2 days and did not have enough toilet paper. Overall, I would make the recommendation that the host could have an excellent property, but he needs To improve the supplies left in the house for guests.

Bien situé pour se rendre a la plage d'Hollywood. Manque de vaisselle et d'équipements dans la cuisine. Nous étions 5 et n'avions que 3 assiettes dans l'armoire, aucun linge a vaisselle. Plancher très sale. Pourrais donner plus d'amour!

The listing price line does not match the property, location, and location

FIRST I WOULD LIKE TO SAY “VRBO” has done a terrible job of verifying the location and price line of this property… Upon my arrival I noticed that the neighborhood was extremely rundown.. I entered the house and immediately noticed how dirty the walls and doors were for every room.. the bathrooms smelled like a dirty mop. The sliding door for the pool enter in the master room did not lock and they were using the leg off of a walker to jam the door.. that was rectified by the host but I had to wait around for hours for someone to come and fix it. There was only 3 pots and one was dirty and I was unable to clean it because there was no Brillo pad and dish washing soap. There was also no knife in to cut up my poultry, so I ended up have to purchase several items which I was reimbursed for.. but then I noticed that there was no extra toilet paper rolls.and had to purchase that.. there was no wash cloths, had to purchase that…I finally had a good day with no rain and I tried to enjoy the pool only to cut the bottom of my foot because they was broken glass along side the pool… I am officially done with this company… I am going back to booking hotels…

Good Stay & Nice Updates

Older home with nice updates. Had plenty of space for 4 of us; much better than being in a hotel room. Would only ask to have dish towels so we didn’t have to use all the paper towels to hand wash what we used. But wasn’t the end of the world. Easy to get in and out of, super clean and the pool was a nice touch!

Hard knocks

The place was described very fairly accurate but it was somewhat dirty. The bed mattresses are awful and both my wife and I had pain in her backs every night. The host was gracious enough to get us a pillow top but would not firm up the mattress enough to help with the pain. The couch was a hallway couch that was used in an office that had absolutely no support to sit more than an hour without having pain.

Hollywood Stay

First time booking with vrbo and it was a great experience. The place was clean which is the most important. Nice decor and great location. There was a small issue with the air unit and the host was very responsive. He sent out hvac within minutes and get it fixed. I was really impressed. I will definitely stay there again next time I visit Florida.

Small but functional

We had a great stay at this place, although the neighborhood wasn’t my favorite. The house met our needs in most ways and we weren’t too far from many places we wanted to get to. The kitchen is only good for bringing in take out, eating cereal, and making toast/sandwiches, etc Unless he adds more to it, you can’t actually prepare a full meal in there. There was no cutting board and only one junky knife. So plan accordingly. The beds were not comfortable at all. That is my biggest complaint. So you need to weigh your needs vs your wants and your options. But for the price, it had what we needed, and having pool access is a bonus.

Overall great value and location was within reasonable travel time of our fishing charter and other places of interest. Parking for 3 vehicles was ok a little tight. Nice room out back, but not very useable very hot, unless you set up a fan to push Air Conditioning . Overall again 👍thumbs up.

Adorable!

The house had everything we needed, and was perfect for us! The furniture was in good condition-couch wasn’t super comfy but you don’t spend a lot of time on it went on vacation! Rafael was super responsive to one small issue we had and we look forward to staying here again!

Maison en Floride

La maison est bien située et la cour est bien organisé avec la piscine et coin repas extérieur. La maison est à été rénové et très fonctionnelle. Choses a améliorer: 1- Le ménage La femme de ménage ne fait pas l’ouvrage pour 125$us (clairement pas ) on a été obliger de passer en arrière pour nettoyer. 2- L’équipements de la maison pourrais être améliorer au niveau de la cuisine (ustensiles, outils pour cuisiner) et des chambres (miroirs)
