Place was very difficult to find. Locks on door were sketch. Easy to break down door if need to. Room was adequate and clean. Close to beach. My wife would never approve of the room but ai was ok with it. Decent cheap place to crash

Room was clean but the state of the room was old. The toilet didn't flush a few times. The bathtub handle was loose to the point of falling off. They claimed 24/7 service but that did not happen. Front desk is closed through the night with signs apologizing and that they would open at 8 AM. They did not open at 8. Closer to 8:45 when someone showed up. They did come to fix the bathtub handle, the toilet was still intermittent on working. Plus: cheap and very close to the beach. Our pool was clean and heated. Stayed in the Palms (Seaside section).

Great location! The boardwalk was right there, less than a minute walk away. And the beach was great - good swimming, beach volleyball, lots of shops and restaurants and live music. The property was pretty basic but felt safe and comfortable and was everything we needed. If we were to go back to the area, I would definitely stay there again.
