The check in was a bit long and had to get a pass for the car. The hotel was very clean, smells nice, surrounded area is beautiful and safe. The room was great. It even had a kitchen and some utensils.

Had a problem getting into my room after 3 trips maintenance had to come up door was locked from the inside. Room was clean kitchen had plenty of amenities for a short stay. Loved the jacuzzi tub!! Main pool was closed and could use others but it was hard to find with no directions. Room was a little worn but overall very clean and nice.

Mi experiencia no fue buena. La piscina fuera de servicio me dijieron luego que podías usar un free bus pero quien llega y quiere coger un bus para irse a otra location cuando el punto es tenerlo todo cerca a la habitación por si necesitas regresar a buscar algo. costumer service igual no me ayudaron cuando tuve un problema.las habitaciones son básicas y no vale la pena el precio directamente en la propriedad.NO LO RECOMIENDO Y NO REGRESARÍA JAMAS

They don’t informed you main pool was damage that have travel 1 mile down to other resort to used the pool this pool was main reason we stay here but over all all stay was wonderful the girl that give parking ticket was amazing her customer service was above and beyond we stay one more day we ask front desk any questions they look lost that the pool was my only to small issue be we end up becoming a member

Todo muy bien, pero le falta una buena renovación. El ascensor hace ruidos extraños al usarlo y es muy lento. La propiedad es muy cómoda y la atención muy buena. Mucho estacionamiento, pero hay que considerar que está un poco lejos de playas y centros comerciales. Igual lo recomiendo!

Very clean rooms and property. Staff were very nice. The lady in the gift shop restaurant is so sweet and helpful with ideas to do around the area. Very fair pricing on her food as well. Rooms were spacious and very nice! I would book again if back in the area.

The Gurst service person who checked me in was a little out of it. Making unsolicited comments. The room keys given to me didnt work. After going back to the lobby to request new keys the new set again didnt work. They sent a security guard to open the unit and they couldnt open it. After some frustration i decided to take my business elsewhere.
