「A Stay in Paradise! We could not have been happier with our stay. The area is safe. The location is perfect to get to any of the major roadways and most important/tourist locations within 30 minutes. Any extra shopping needs are less than 15 minutes away. 「Room conditions upon arrival were disappointing. The couch was broken, and it took approximately two hours for management to address the issue. The air conditioning was also not working initially and required about an hour to be repaired.

「Our original apartment ended up having a plumbing issue, so we were upgraded, free of charge, to a bigger one and it was perfect.
Close to the riverwalk, las olas blvd, the beach, great restaurants and it’s located in a great little area that you can walk throughout the neighborhood.
Would definitely stay here again in our next visit to Ft. Lauderdale. 」
